Good hotel with good service. Front desk staff are helpful.

Business hotel that lack the human touch. Recep was cold and not smiling, which was a pity for such a nice hotel. Phone auto buttons not working and aircon not working too. Had to walk to recep and ask for help. Breakfast was good though

Everything about this hotel is amazing, service, staff, food, amenities, location. We really enjoyed our stay at Renaissance Hotel .

new and clean hotel in good condition, all staff willing to help

This is a new hotel & the design of the room is stylish. Service is that of a 5-star hotel. Everything is brand new & we love it. The only criticism is that it is not located in the city centre & there is nothing around the hotel. Walking distance to the metro line to San Bento is quite far (10 mins). The streets are quite dark at night so it’s a bit of concern walking back the hotel from the metro at night time.

Beautiful hotel! The room size was good, modern design & beautifully decorated. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was more than perfect.

Excellent place to stay if you drive in Porto 10mins away from city centre

This is my second times to be here in Porto I know this hotel is new this year and everything seems very perfect for me, the environment, the service from the reception, the attitude for from all the colleges as it belongs to Marriott group I can confirm the hotel level is satisfactory to the group, but the most critical point for me is the water flow from the tap in the washing basin and also the showerhead. It’s extremely slow and nearly to 0 I had a really bad experience when I took a shower, and also when I would like to wash something from the washing basin  I feel a pity for it I hope next time the hotel can improve it otherwise, I will not take my 3rd time here

Phenomenal hotel, excellent location, design and great staff!

No shower gel for 2 consecutive nights even after reported on the first night! Friendly staff but they don’t give you water, coffee, tea, robe after the first day… gotta find out myself n called several times to get them 😩… new hotel so everything seems new and clean but they really need to check the room is made with things replenished properly! When I was trying to file a complaint, the guy told me I must wait till the next day! What kind of service is this? Horrible

Nice hotel and walking distance to downtown . 

這間酒店整體來說非常一般。房間設施中規中矩，沒有特別驚喜，清潔程度尚可但也談不上特別乾淨。服務人員態度還算友善，但效率不高，處理問題時感覺有些拖延。早餐選擇有限，味道普通。地理位置還可以，但交通並不算特別便利。總體來看，這是一家可以湊合住的酒店，但性價比不算高，如果有更好的選擇，可能不會再考慮這裡。

班牙之行在波爾圖的酒店中選擇了五星萬麗，一是因為它交通便利，在市中心，幾乎所有景點都是步行可以解決，二是因為它比較新。酒店非常乾淨，陳設簡單，除了不提供牙具之外，熱水壺拖鞋等都很齊全，每天提供一瓶免費礦泉水。酒店到機場衹需坐輕軌出行，步行一小段路即可。酒店的早餐非常準時7:30-11:00，也比較豐富，在這裏你能嚐到葡式小蛋撻，非常可口。在這次西班牙的旅行中，唯有這酒店需要在辦理入住時交納100歐的按金，但退房48小時後還沒有退還。

酒店服務水準超讚👍，由我進入酒店，門口的服務員笑容滿面地迎接我，並訊問我要不要幫我拎行李？我示意不用，謝謝😊！當我到櫃台check in ，該服員又為我提供飲品和熱毛巾抹手，同時亦帶著滿面的笑容，他真抵讚👍。 另一位讚賞的是執房的清潔人員，我原本以為自己的iPhone pencil 叉電蓋遺失了，已放棄尋找，但當我去完街返房間，見到房間已光亮潔淨，枱面放有我遺失的iPhone pencil 叉電蓋，真的好感謝她幫我搵返。 其實酒店的服務員個個都好好👍，服務質素一流 酒店環境好靚，好乾淨，好舒適
