Great services, conveniently located. Shuttle bus was so convenient use. Rooms were very clean. 👍

Clean hotel, looks new so kept up well. Convenient for staying near airport. Rooms are small but thats ok. Had a decent working area and good wifi. Bathroom was nice although shower pressure was very weak. Breakfast offered was ok. Yogurts, cereal, juice, fruit and sausage sandwiches. Only issue i had was with front desk. I requested a late checkout which i got but the day staff did not see that so in the middle of a presentation i was giving, i had housecleaning open the door and come into the room, the front desk then called and left and not nice message, then they banged on my door and said “whats your plan?” I told them i requested a late checkout which was granted and he said i didnt request it from him. Ok. When i did check out he apologized and said he saw my key was programmed for late checkout but he did not see any other notes. Opportunity for better communication within their staff. Embarrassing for me and my presentation. All-in-all good hotel for the price. I would stay here again. Thank you

We just stayed here one night because it was really close to the Cedar Rapids airport. The hotel was very clean. In fact when we walked in workers were cleaning around the front entrance and it really didn’t need to be cleaned. Our room was very nice very modern had everything we needed, we left early the next morning around 5 AM and they already had food out and coffee machine that is 24/7. It is minutes from the airport overall a great location. I would recommend this to other people to stay.

This hotel is very different for IGH, but we LOVED it—very fresh, great cosmetics. The room was big enough and laid out well. It does not have a closet, but we really preferred the hooks on the wall! Perfect. The morning complimentary breakfast is excellent. I highly recommend this place.

Quick stopover en route for a family visit. Low price and great motel. Vey new. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast a bit sparse but otherwise really vey good. Definitely will stay here again and am a fan of Avid after this first visit. Only room complaint is that the toilet had a hard time refilling.
