The resort is really good and clean, and the rooms are spacious and clean. The food was ok for Cuba The staff do their best to accommodate your needs, special thanks to Lisbeisy lobby bar, Yesenia and Sosa from the entertainment team and Lisbet from Sales. I will come back

No hay palabras para describir la belleza del lugar!! Fuera de temporada alta, temperaturas suaves al estar en el medio del mar!! Buen servicio, habitación maravillosa, aunque la comida no mucho a la altura pero' es lo que hay ahora en Cuba!! Estupendo todo, gracias

We were at this resort two weeks ago celebrating our anniversary. We loved the place, the beach is the best we've ever seen. The service is the best of the place, our personal butlers Leidy and Carlos took very good care of us, always attentive to what we needed, they even made us decoration and special dinner for our anniversary. At the buffet the food was not the best and the most varied but we did not go hungry. Our maid always kept the room clean for us. We loved this resort so we will return next year

Excellente Butler service at the Santuary hotel...all services for the a la carte restaurant and réservations. You helped me and my wife with everything thst we neaded at the hotel...we are anxious to come back ro see you! You answered all our question that we asked you...we really appreciate everything. fast check in with welcoming drink on arrival We had an amazing time and never had any issues. The staff were very friendly and the resort is very clean. our butlers, Odlanier, Jose and Rudy were so helpful if we wanted anything. The beach is amazing and no problems finding a chair.
