Have visited this resort many times over the years and enjoyed every single trip. On the most latest trip was glad to see Daury a dear friend on the entertainment team from trips past had been promoted to butler. I can tell you they did not make a mistake. He was attentive, available, and always ready to serve you. Aside from that the man is truly one of the funniest people on the property. Food was great especially the pizza especial and weather phenomenal. Look forward to a return trip and will definitely book when Daury is on his rotation

Second time there in a few months and was not disappointed. The service was excellent, although food was repetitive always something good to eat. We paid for ocean view however once there the hotel said there were none available? However our butler Daury Cabrera Echeverria was extremely helpful to compensate and offer many perks which were more than we could have imagined. The beach at the resort was super fun as we tried to ride the waves. We also went to turtle farm and marina as well as the Serina beach which was next level beautiful… we will def be back😍

beautiful place, Cubans are a unique race, the smile on their faces is something that is always appreciated even more knowing all the problems that exist in Cuba. The food was good, the place is simple but very well maintained, the rooms were clean. The beaches are the main reason for our visit to Cuba and they did not disappoint us. Thank you all for making this trip special.

First of all I would like to say that Cayo largo is pure relaxation.Our butler Daviel made our trip stress free with organizing our dinners at the restaurants.He always was around making sure our time at the hotel went smooth.As for the rest of the staff A plus on service and friendly .As for the food it was very simple.Always found something to eat no matter what time of the day.Yes they had shortages but always got creative with what they had for food.The beach was amazing.Yes they have had some erosion on the beach . It is not to difficult to get down via the rocks.For the money worth every penny.

Our family had a wonderful time, we had the opportunity to enjoy two a la carte dinners, one with Cuban food at the Ranchon by the beach and another at the international restaurant Spoons. We visited Playa Sirena and everything was incredibly beautiful. The family really enjoyed this trip and we will return.

personally I loved the hotel the food was very good contrary to what some may say the staff always attentive to our needs and not to mention the entertainers who made the hotel a welcoming place the cool at will makes this place a place that I recommend

Nice experience,the staff was very friendly,the food was better than we expected, we had a nice time , we spent the nights in the snack bar with our Friends,during the day we went to playa sirena and we enjoyed it,the place was very beautiful. Thank You all for these days, see you soon.

I like the starfish hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpfull especially Jesus and Gonzalo from the resturant and the cleaner of the room. And we are so thankful to Yanelis who was so kind to bring us hot sause and mosquito protection. I can really recommend this place, the have the most beautiful beach I have ever seen.

All the Starfish hotel are Amazing, great services, beautiful and big Hotel was not expected, Innés at lobby Douri public relations and Bianca at cuisine and Larissa at entertainement etc, food was good for breakfast and dinner need probably à little much more but great for me, you can swim in front hotel dépends the day & wind, thank you all
