Beautiful! Good service, the staff is really nice and will help you with any problem. The food is ok but you know, it's Cuba. The beach is ok. Seriously, I have no complaint about my week but I need 200 characters for this comment sorry... Yanel was a very good majordom.

The staff at the hôtel is fantastic. They are there to make your trip memorable. The beach could be better but with the latest hurricane, it's normal. You can still go swim and enjoy the beach. Special thanks to Daviel Who has been fantastic for us since Day 1

Our flight to and from Cayo Largo was good, except the. return flight was late. Check in went smoothly and we received a room that was okay. [dated but clean] The staff is always more than pleasant. We did not experience any food shortages and even had lots of hot water for the week we we were there. Unfortunately the beach area disappeared for a couple of days. It was cooler than normal but we had a great week anyway

Thank you all the staff of Starfish, special Yunet-our butler. We have a very good time together because of your efforts. Beach is so beautiful. Food is repetitive but best quality (third time in Cuba). I nerver seen a beautiful beach like Serena before. Really love snorkeling experience. A little bit cold in the morning/evening but still bronzer.

The room was pretty clean and the buffet had a lot of options. The beach is very nice and there is a lot of chairs for everyone. The staff is very nice and attentive. There are a few open bars and a wide variety of drinks for everyone. The hotel offered a few services outside too which was nice. You could visit the resorts around and other beaches. We had a good experience and didnt experience any shortages. my butler yiy is very professional.

Had an amazing time with my family! Really good food and the staff is really nice! A lot of mosquitoes when we went so don't forget your Off!😊 Yanelis was really kind and took care of us from the start😋 The beach Sirena is the most beautiful beach i have ever seen... i recommand😊 FELIZ NAVIDAD!

Amazing place with beautiful colors. Nice and kind people, good service, delicious coffee and food. Perfect place for people who loves nature and swimming. Clean room and supportive smiling stuff. Positive energy place. You can find organized tours for haft and all day.

Good hotel, clean, great staff. The nature is beautiful, white sand beaches, incredible yetwater colours. If are into snorkelling, I recommend one of the boat excursions, otherwise it’s mostly sand. Our butler Elisa was very friendly and attentive.

Starfish does it again! No matter how many times I've visited this resort, I'm always blown away. Food, amenities, beach, all 10/10 Masiel, Javier, Lazaro, Alfredo, you are a remarkable team, thank you for all your incredible work If you are looking for a home away from home in paradise, Elisa and Yanelis ( butlers) will make that become a reality in an instant To the entire Starfish staff, Bravo!!!
