Very nice place , the employees are all great ! Super service from Luis ! At the coffee bar Moya is the King ! At the pool bar and Buffet , Michel , Raul , Dunya and all others are really professionnals !!! First time but not the last one !!! Make sure you try the pasta and pizza as well as the Danger special rice !!!

Beautiful hotel with clean, inviting swimming pools and a lovely beach just steps away. Everything was well-maintained and relaxing, perfect for a peaceful getaway. The beach had soft sand, clear water, and plenty of space to unwind. The highlight of my stay, though, was the staff. Everyone was friendly and professional, always happy to help. A special shoutout to Elba—she was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and genuinely a joy to be around. Her presence made the experience even more memorable. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, beauty, and great service. – Christoffer

April 16-23, room 2023 Room has great view and well located. Our majordome Luis was great and made sure that all our requests were fullfilled. Take note that with al the hurricanes that hit Cayo Largo (Michelle and Rafael to name a few) access to the beach is varying every day (wind condition) from none to a few meters. Therefore Paraiso and Sirena beaches are great for the beach walker.

My husband and I have just returned from a 2 week stay at Memories Cayo Largo...March 12 ---March 26 This was our 3rd time here, and it was just as amazing as the 1st time!... The food was good and plentiful and served with a smile... Our room was large and lovely on the 2nd floor(top) and our balcony had several views of the beautiful turqoise ocean waters (Rm 2321).... While my husband went scuba diving I took long walks to the east and west of the resort in between reading by the pool or on the beach To the west you can walk towards Playa Serena and Paraiso through the sand dunes and by beach...To the east one can walk through all the other resorts (many of them being closed)...It takes 1.5 to 2 hrs to walk to the end, Grand Memories Cayo Largo (closed) and back... The diving for my husband was amazing...Lots of sharks,eagle rays, sting rays, etc.... We will definitely be returning annually to Memories Cayo Largo.... Thank you to all the AMAZING staff...Zamora, Moya, Denise, Benilo, Nebito ??? (lost name tag) to name a few, and the many others who we so much appreciated... We travelled to Cayo Largo 3 times this winter, Dec, Feb and Mar. We stayed for 4 weeks each time. We arrived for our first trip in Dec on the 4th, which happened to be the re-opening day after the hurricane struck. Through the 3 months we have been here we have seen the recovery of the damages created by it. There have been many upgrades to the Memories resort both during the summer closing and over the winter months. We love Cayo Largo and this resort and will continue to return as long as we can. Sunwing has made it more difficult for us to get to Cayo Largo with the removal of the Toronto flight. Being from western Canada, we have to fly to Toronto then to Montreal instead of just Toronto. With only 2 Canadian based flights and 1 from Argentina the hotel is at less than capacity. We return to Cayo Largo for several reasons, most of all the friendly staff that are always there to assist you. Unfortunately these people are overworked, spending long hours serving the resort clients. Due to transportation problems the staff are spending many more days at work than they should. Many of the regular staff are stuck at home, not being able to return to work. Anyone who has been to Cayo Largo, nows the food and drink selection changes based on what is shipped to the island. We always find something to eat and drink to our liking. I must say that the Christmas, New Years and Valentines day meals were fantastic.

My husband and I were returning guests. This is our seventh time at this hotel and resort we enjoy it every time. We took a excursion to Habana and enjoy the historical and cultural scenery. The staff and butler team at the hotel was fantastic. We always enjoy the food, the à la carte restaurants and of course the scenery pools and the beach.
