The restaurant employees should deliver a better service. You literally had to wait in line before the cook could make your stake. Then wait 7 more minutes for the stake yo be cooked. No water or utensils were on the table.

If you’re dreaming of sunshine, good vibes, and non-stop fun, Melia Costa Rey is the place to be! From the second we checked in, we were swept into paradise—and the entertainment staff were the heartbeat of it all. They were energetic, engaging, and had us laughing, dancing, and participating in all kinds of fun from morning workouts on the beach to nighttime shows. Let’s talk about the real MVP: Andy the Candy Boy! He’s a total legend! Bursting with energy and sweetness (literally), he kept everyone smiling with his hilarious personality, and unstoppable good mood. Every resort needs an Andy—he’s the cherry on top of an already amazing experience. The customer service? Absolutely top-tier. Every staff member we met was kind, professional, and genuinely cared about making our stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. They remembered our names, our favorite drinks, and always greeted us with a smile. Let’s not forget the beach—a slice of heaven. Powdery soft sand, warm turquoise waters, and plenty of loungers made it the perfect place to chill, swim, or sip a piña colada with the waves in the background. Can’t wait to come back!
