Ashton Court Belize

I recently stayed at Ashton Court and had a wonderful experience. The location is quiet, offering a peaceful retreat in the most beautiful place. The room was excellent quality, well-maintained, and very comfortable. What truly stood out, however, was the staff. They were not only helpful but also genuinely nice, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Ashton Court for anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant stay!

Spur of the moment trip with old group of friends led us to Ashton Court Belize in Caye Caulker. Beautiful white sand beach and turquoise water is just steps away from your room with an amazing view. Ashton Court has a tranquil island vibe, yet minutes away from town. Your first drink awaits at the bar next to the beautiful infinity pool. Marisol the concierge will book your excursions, you just pay and the adventure awaits-transportation, food, fun-like a 'Club Med' for the day! Sooo nice to come home to a warm, clean, cozy room with all the amenities after a day of cave tubing and Mayan ruin shenanigans. Jean was always there to bring us fresh towels or to answer questions. Met the owner, Ken, a very welcoming and boyish-looking man with blonde hair and a British accent. If this place isn't already on your bucket list, it should be!

Aston Court is perfectly situated on beautiful Caye Caulker in Belize. We had an amazing trip. We stayed in The Beach House, which is perfect for large families, or a couples group. The wrap around veranda is so relaxing to sit and enjoy the sea breezes, and the laid back Caye Caulker vibe. We got to watch a nesting Osprey in her nest on the thatched roof of the Ashton Court pier. Our friends stayed in a beautifully appointed room on the top floor where the views were fantastic. I loved the open air lobby / bar. The staff is super friendly, and catered to our needs beautifully. My next visit, I’m definitely staying at Ashton Court again!

Ashton Court is located in a perfect spot on the island. Very close to the airport and walking distance to everything you need to see on the island. Very comfortable property with a great staff. Nice rooms with AC, which is an absolutely must. Would definitely go back.

Property is pretty south on the south side. Newer place, that was beautiful. No resturant on site currently. Bar in lobby. Couple issues we had; the bathroom doors are sliding barndoor style- 6 inches in width to short on eachside leaving gaps...ours would not stay shut constantly rolling open. I brought this to the reception and owners attention immediately. Day 4 it was addressed, but only stayed shut half the time. Quite an issue when traveling with someone other than family. Doors are impossible to lock & unlock.. our room was left unlocked half the stay. Other issue was the snotty reception and her "towel" issues. You check beach towels out, return for new ones. After a torrential downpour we tried exchanging them to be scolded like children that "it hasnt been 24 hours yet". I also had to ask her for room towels as we were given 2 (for 3 guests).. This interaction was overheard by owner who did rectify it and told her to at least give us enough for number of guests. It was quite ridiculous. Also had "management" in our room unauthorized while we were out one day- we were told by another hotel guest. (Unrelated to fixing door). This is a nice place, quiet.. but a bit over priced for no privacy and to be reprimanded/stingy about towels!

My husband and I visited over the Thanksgiving holiday and I cannot say enough about the great experience we had. The bed was very comfortable and the room had everything we could ask for including a stocked mini frig. The view from our room was stunning! The level of customer service was amazing and something I have not seen in the last few years. Marisol assisted us with excursions, renting a golf cart, and made recommendations of great places to eat as well as made reservations for us. Every staff member we came into contact with was friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend staying at Ashton Court in Caye Caulker.
