Very awesome experience Great gesture in Karma Hathi mahal. Nice hospitality. Well behavoued staffs very importantly welcoming in Indian traditional was great pleasure Ambeouns were awesome Good care taken of children while in the pool Staffs are all around for quick help and response is wonderful Overall we are impressed by Karma gesture We are planning to visit again

This property is 5 star. Hotel staff is so helpful. Especially room service boy kamalnath helped us a lot with every ***ner. They have very big swimming pool. Room are very neat and clean. Food is of good quality. But they should improve their choice of food.

We liked the overall service we received. Danika is a beautiful receptionist with a full of politeness and welcoming smile. Danika and Vinay both were helpful and knew how to serve their clients. The property was magnificent. I liked my stay at Hatti Mahal. Facilities we're awesome.

At Karma Royal Haathi Mahal we always feel very relaxed! This is our favorite place to unwind & recharge. We come here regularly & would like to mention couple of names who make our stay comfortable. ***oj Salunke is our relationship ***ager & he is in touch with us giving us updates on the expansion & developments at Karma Group. Special thanks to Alisha at F&B whose ever smiling welcome at the resort compels you to visit this resort again & again. Breakfast spread & taste is excellent. Lunch & dinner are equally good. The staff at Casa Lisboa is a young brigade, very courteous & eager to serve. Overall this resort has become our second home & we will keep visiting as long as possible!!

The rooms were comfortable and the staff was friendly. The ***ager Dylan & restaurant associate Alisha were very helpful in making the stay comfortable. We come with family every year. It’s close proximity to the beach & restaurants.

I went with my family to Goa and stayed in Karma royal haathi Mahal. We enjoyed the stay there. Every aspect was upto the perfection. Especially the housekeeping where I would like to mention Mr. Kamalnath who did very good cleaning work . Like to visit here again and again.

We enjoyed here a lot. Good service and a lot of amenities...personally I enjoyed three monkey club a lot with staff . All staff are polite and humble specially Arjun who is taking care of depar**ent and relvia she is also very nice and humble . I played pool there and video game . Thanks for making my trip memorable. Again Thanks to Arjun & Relvia

Amazing stay of 7 Nights and 8 days. Wonderful hospitality. Ambience 100 on 100 . Well organised. Well maintained. House keeping were absolutely great. Austin and franstin made sure the villa was neat and clean all time. A must stay place for sure...Thanku team karma royal hathi Mahal for the amazing stay and carrying lot of memories ***** .
