Please consider our case when booking this hotel. Precondition: We booked the hotel for 2 days through Airbnb with Georgia, then extended our stay for 1 day because we needed to stay longer. They accepted the extension, we paid for one more day and left the room in the morning. Accident: When we returned almost at 10 PM, we could not enter the room - our plastic cards did not work. We went to the reception, and the security guy said he could not help and that we needed to wait until 11 PM. So we waited 1 hour because we could not enter our room (probably because they didn’t program our cards for one more day). So we could not enter the room, and at 11 PM Marco came. Marco said it was not his problem, and we had to leave the next day as he had other people to check in. Rude and arrogant, he said that the security guy could help: - But he said we’d need to wait for you, and he couldn't open the door. Why? - I don’t know, ask him. As a result, we paid for one extra day. Still, we could not get inside = we did not get the full service - moreover, we got awful behavior from Marco and their inability to compensate us or address their fault respectfully and honestly. This hotel is not customer-oriented; they did not address their fault (they simply forgot to reprogram our plastic cards and didn't even mention it). Because of the poor service and Marco’s disrespectful and rude behavior, we do not recommend this hotel and will not stay there again.
