My husband and I did spend two nights in this wonderful Eco Park Hotel Azalea in a quiet area of the lovely town Cavalese. The staff is just wonderful, very friendly, helpful, polite and patient, always a smile in their faces, Andrea, Daniele and Manuela did everything to make our stay a very special one. The rooms are really nice and clean with a great view into the garden and some mountains. Nice and cosy interieure of the entire hotel. They do have a beautiful wellness area for a little extra charge, well worth it. Kids will find some books, games, a table football and a ping pong table. The vegan food is excellent (even if you are not vegan you will love it), the quality is outstanding, and they have as well some vegetarian options in the morning like cheese, eggs and honey. they do have a lovely littel sweet afternoon treat. We were sorry that we couldn't stay longer, definately a wonderful place to relax for a few days (or weeks ;-) ).

Absolutely perfect stay! Wonderful staff, amazing food, great location! Would always come back, very child friendly - only downside is that childcare only starts at 3 yo, so toddler-wise not ideal. Bring Trecking buggy or rent it, Cavalese streets are not easy for travel buggys.

Decided to book a week here and was not disappointed! Vegan cuisine and dog-friendly, amazing location and great staff - super friendly and accommodating, we had some good laughs. Appreciated the afternoon break with cakes, it was such a treat! Also super clean, and Covid-19 rules were enforced, which we liked. Would definitely go back.

Struttura molto curata; colazione e cena ottime, con un rocco di eleganza e raffinatezza. Spa piacevole e rilassante con sauna, bagno turco, vasca con acqua fredda, kneipp, saletta con tisane e lettini il legno sagomato, doccia con soffione e doccia per massaggio a collo/spalle. Personale gentilissimo.

L'hotel Azalea è fantastico, i proprietari molto gentili. Il personale preparato e molto gentile, mai invadente. La spa piccolina ma bellissima, mai affollata e tutto molto pulito. La nostra camera doppia, piccola ma con una parete finestra meravigliosa e ben insonorizzata. La cucina molto ricca e veramente buonissima. La ciliegina sulla torta è la bottiglia di vino che ci fu regalata alla partenza. Sono fantastici!!! Grazie infinite!

Purtroppo la mia esperienza con la VECCHIA gestione e con la NUOVA (che pare poi nuova non sia ) gestione è stata Orribile. Ho acquistato un voucher di un agenzia a cui loro facevano evidentemente riferimento per intascare soldi facili , e al momento della richiesta di prenotazione per due inverni mi è stato negata la disponibilità e all’inizio di ottobre di quest’anno ( il voucher scadrà nel 2024) mi hanno detto che loro non accettano i voucher . Vergognoso! Ho buttato soldi , spero che visto che non sono neanche più vegani rimangano con un pugno di … State lontani da questo hotel!

Hotel con buone potenzialità di miglioramento. Hotel 4 Pulizie 5 Camere 3 buona la nostra ma non quella dei nostri amici che sentivano Tutto delle altre stanze Cucina 3 le signorine della sala gentilissime ma disorganizzati anche perché non aiutate, la tavola della colazione spesso sguarnita. I piatti sono buoni ma niente di eccezionale. Personale 5 Spa 3 piccola la sala con 4 sdraio, ma il problema è farsi un tè, mancano sempre i bicchieri e cucchiaini, per attaccare il bollitore devi spegnere la musica

Lo staff giovane, disponibile e solare ci ha accolto con un sorriso. Letti comodissimi, cucina vegana ottima ci hanno sorpresi. Posizione vicinissima al centro del bel Cavalese. Torneremo sicuramente!

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questa struttura esattamente fino a ieri. Ottima posizione per potersi muovere. Abbiamo soggiornato nella stanza ranuncolo con i nostri bambini e devo dire che ha superato le nostre aspettative. Pulita ed accogliente, presente un letto a castello in legno,molto caratteristico e ideale per i bambini. Soggiornando presso questo hotel abbiamo optato per la mezza pensione,ottimo per vegani un po' meno per chi come noi "non lo mastica"😅,cibo di buona qualità,tante verdure e di scelta. La colazione? Il top. Presenti tanti tipi di torte e crostate,marmellate di vari gusti,il pane fresco ottimo e tante altre prelibatezze. Una chicca è la merenda pomeridiana sia vegana che non. Il personale molto cordiale ma da rivedere su alcuni aspetti. Lo spazio esterno è molto curato e rilassante;all interno è presente un area relax,un area giochi e una piccola spa. I proprietari super ospitali e carini, dove al nostro check-out ci hanno omaggiato con una bottiglia di vino. Lo consiglio Grazie per l'ospitalità. Famiglia Dessena
