Very nice resort. Enjoyed popcorn and hot chocolate provided Sat night. Very nice pool area. Great staff.

We stay here whenever we come to Palm Springs. The wifi still cuts in and out, other than that it’s a great place to stay.

The property was immaculate. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful. The lack of Smart TV's (Amazon Prime & Netflix) and no access to NHL hockey games. Our cleaning team was absolutely on point, know exactly what the guests required on any given day.

It has a lovely pool area, perfectly maintained. Large comfortable rooms.

Good location, close to airport and reasonably close to downtown and Palm Desert for shopping.
Friendly staff, especially the recreation staff are always cheerful and helpful. This hotel is great value for the many amenities provided E.g. Pool tables, foosball, ping pong, board games, pool, hot tub, bbq.
The only problem we ran into was our bedroom ceiling light would randomly come on. It illuminated at 12am and 3am while we were sleeping. So second day onwards, we shut off the breaker every time before bed. We suspect it's a wiring issue. The LEDs were hardwired into the fan light so we couldn't take out the bulb unfortunately.

Great place to stay! Nice size villa with a patio. Property was beautiful and well kept! Would definitely stay here again

We asked for a late checkout at 11:10 am armed SECURITY was at our door asking us to leave,we are a couple in our mid 50”s,we dis not make any noise or nuisances a simple curtesy call world of been sufficient….we felt intimidated….stay away this place does not deserve your business.
