Il b &b è centralissimo dotato di tutto quello che serve,la nostra stanza era una standard l'unica cosa che andava era il bidet ma c'era il doccino accanto al water.
La ragazza che ci ha ricevuto è stat molto carina e ci ha elencato una serie di posti dove pranzare e servizi da usufruire , alcuni godevano anche di sconti e promozioni se si presentava il coupon preso in struttura.
Unico neo la porta di uscita accanto alla nostra stanza ha bisogno di una certa forza per essere chiusa e di conseguenza fa piuttosto rumore.
Abbiamo avuto bisogno di assistenza e sono stati solleciti nel risolvere i problemi.

Perfect location, very comfortable bed, access to the kitchen, spacious living room, clean. I had to wait a while for hot water, but it wasn't a problem. The rooms are quiet. Super nice Serena who is helpful at all times!

Location was excellent for easy access to Bus Station or Main Central Train Station or Metro.
Good selection of places to have a meal based around hotel all within walking distance
Host of Hotel very helpful with information on places to visit as well as transportation to get.

Very disappointed overall. Website ticked breakfast available. For breakfast we were directed to a restaurant nearby. The website ticked daily housekeeping. A notice was provided in the room that linen would be changed only every third day. We stayed 3 nights: the last 3 of a 10 day tour of Sicily: Temp of 32 degrees means multiple showers per day..with 1 set of towels? On request, 2 extra large towels were actually provided at no charge. No cleaning was done during our stay and the floor in the bedroom was old and dirty. The bed creaked. The bathroom was not at all of a modern standard and one had to climb into the bath to have a shower and pull across an accordian type panel to prevent water leaking out. The hosts were excellent with information, etc but the actual product was not of an acceptable standard. Further, this building housed 4 different B and B's on just one side of the courtyard so there were always people coming and going and as the stairs are open, this could be very concerning from a security point of view. In fact the main gate entrance was left open a number of times during our stay.

Buona posizione in un vicolo laterale che sbocca sulla strada che porta dritto in Duomo. Il B&B si trova in un palazzo storico, la struttura è datata questo è da tenere in conto. Davide disponibile e gentile ci ha dato ottimi consigli per il nostro soggiorno

Situato in pieno centro a due passi dal duomo.la vista è incredibile.Tutto perfetto,Davide merita un 10 per la disponibilità ,non passava giorno che non ci contattava per vedere se avevamo bisogno di qualcosa.Ci siamo sentiti coccolati.Consigliatissimo
