Missed the simple things like a bath mat, a non slip mat to use while showering and drinking glasses available in the room.
Bed was okay, a little creaky and “well used”

位於市中心。房間面積大、乾淨舒適。缺點是旁邊的聖瑪麗教堂每隔15分鐘敲鐘一次，夜深人靜時響；酒店的免費wifi限制性強，每24小時衹能上一次、每次30分鐘，網速慢。

Room in bad state of repair handles hanging off the windows, toilet handle hanging off. Toilet roll holder hole in the wall, no hand washing liquid, cleaning substandard at best! It’s too late to book elsewhere but After just spending a weekend in Premier Inn I won’t be booking with travelodge again it’s very run down and unkempt! PS staff refused to help with WiFi problem! And no advisors available!

These are photos of the "cleaniless", or lack of it, for the accessible shower at this hotel, and another room on a different floor that we had booked. The photos speak for themselves. I would also advise that you take your own mugs. We had two rooms booked, in the second room the cleaning staff had flicked the dirty mugs under the bathroom tap and put them back on the tray - complete with a dirty spoon covered in hot chocolate from a previous guest(!!!) that I had left to the side and my coffee stains in the supposedly clean mugs. I have attached photos showing the standard of hygiene in each bathroom.

I haven't stayed at a Travelodge for some time and this stay reminded me why. We booked a premier room but it was far from satisfactory given the cost . No where near the standard of a Premier Inn. Overall in need of a serious make over. Noisy small soft bed, old towels, stained carpets, broken soap dispenser, no a/c, no full length mirror..... generally grubby. The only saving grace was the staff who were friendly and helpful.

I paid for a premium room, which was not cheap, I found the room to be very average. There was no ac just a desk fan which was not adequate for a very warm night, a separate sheet to the quilt would have been nice, would have saved us from taking the quilt cover off and using it as a sheet. The shower had no power which was a shame. I may not have been so critical if the room was priced accordingly.

Terrible service booked room in May 25 for sons graduation. Got to hotel after a 4 hour drive and told no room it's overbooked no communication no warning this trip was for July 21st What a terrible service and experience no sympathy and respect. I've got an autoimmune disease and was refused to use the toilet Was told to email booking department it took over an hour to locate us and 1.5 hours to drive to another location Utter rude staff and that was a supervisor Almost ruined my sons graduation ceremony Poor service

The stay was great. Room very clean, breakfast was good. The standout was the service provided by Sarah thought. She was incredibly helpful and provided great recommendations.
