Albergo di buon livello con una stella di troppo (dovrebbe avere 3 stelle). Personale gentile, buona colazione. Molto comodo il parcheggio gratuito, con una area coperta ideale per le moto.
La posizione é facilmente raggiungibile e poi con 10 minuti a piedi si può raggiungere il centro della bella cittadina medievale.
Tra gli appunti negativi, l'hotel appare bisognoso di una generale ristrutturazione. Il corridoio della nostra camera era buio e la doccia non perfettamente funzionante.

The hotel is situated in a village with 10 century castle Castiglion Fiorentino in walkable distance. The locality is very good. The rooms are neat and clean. I had dinner from there and they provided kerala porotta like chapathi and veg kofta curry. Staff are friendly.

We are booked for 2 days 26th & 27th July2023 There is No internet in corner rooms, we were given room no 124 & 126.when informed Lady at the Reception very rude & unhelpful shrugged her shoulders and said sorry we can’t help.

We stayed in this hotel for one night only. Although we arrived late the staff was courteous at dinner. We were served Italian fare, the breakfast also was very good. The rooms were quite large and comfortable too.

Forse le 4 stelle son troppe, ma oggettivamente la struttura non è niente male. Hall spaziosa e comoda, personale freddino solo a primo impatto perché dimostratosi poi cordiale e disponibile. Camera 342 molto comoda, ampia e luminosa, maxi letto super comodo, bagno spazioso, buona la pulizia in generale. Buona anche la colazione, sia dolce che salata, sia confezionata che fresca. Consigliato👌🏻

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel in occasione di una gita scolastica. Esperienza pessima sotto ogni aspetto. Stanze sporche, cibo scadente con presenza di peli nei piatti, colazioni indecenti e scortesia del personale. Fortunatamente, la gita è durata solo pochi giorni però sufficienti per scconsigliare vivamente tutti coloro che in un prossimo futuro vorranno visitare questi luoghi. Un caloroso consiglio, tenetevi a debita distanza da questo hotel che di sicuro non rispetta le 4 stelle che reca nel nome.

Nella gita di scuola ci siamo recati in questo hotel…che dire veramente un grande disastro. Le camere non vengono pulite bene, gli asciugamani sono sporchi, non funzionano i riscaldamenti/l’aria condizionata. E spesso sul piatto ci sono capelli. Il cibo è veramente di pessima qualità

Hotel consigliato. Siamo stati ospiti per due notti durante il capodanno 2024 insieme al nostro cagnolino. Staff gentilissimo e disponibile. Non essendo riusciti a trovare posto in alcun ristorante per il cenone, ci hanno aiutato a passare una bella serata. Colazione super! Scelta vasta di dolce e salato.
