I spent 6 nights relaxing at this beautiful run hotel. I came to spend some time on my own to just chill and concentrate on writing a book on the family history. I brought along my skiing equipment but ended up not skiing at all as the hotel gave me all I wanted in the time I spent there. I would wake in the morning to amazing views looking out of my bedroom window. I would just stare at the clouds moving around the mountains. Was beautiful just watching nature.I would go down for a beautiful and vast selection of food for breakfast at 07.30. After breakfast I went and sat in the lounge area to write till about 16.00. The very friendly staff always at hand to serve you for any hot or colds drinks. I would then go to the sauna and dip into the infinity pool that had absolutely beautiful views overlooking Ortisei Town. The perfect time to go is just before sunset and just watch the views change from day going into night. Being there with the snow was even more beautiful. After I would go to eat from their vast buffet selection that catered for everyone. You could go out and eat in the town, but found their selection enough. The evening was spent chilling in the lounge/bar area which had music piped through the speakers. The section of music also made the difference as it was at the right volume and just made you feel relaxed no matter where you we're in the hotel. The place was spotless. Compliments to Maria and Nicola the young owners who you could tell paid fine attention to everything. To Giulia, one of the waitresses that treated every customer the personal service that is hard to find these days and she knew all the answers to any questions you would have regarding food or drink rather than having to go and ask. This place in my opinion is perfect for everyone. I was the only one that stayed there on my own but didn't feel that way as everyone was so friendly from staff to all the guests. But for the couples, I could see how much of a perfect place this was for having quality time together. The only thing that was a negative is that I had to leave. But would definitely return.
