Going to Castellana to visit the famous caves I booked this hotel that is located right 50 meters from the entrance. The hotel is nice, quiet and I liked it. If you need to visit the caves this hotel is surely the best choice.

Bien situé si vous voulez visiter les grottes excentré du centre ville chambre spacieuse propre petit déjeuner correct pas de jus de fruit frais bouteille industrielle il est urgent et souhaitable de refaire les salles d eau qui date le plus le parking et personnel très agréable

Abbiamo avuto l occasione di pranzare in questa struttura a pranzo con la mia famiglia, lo consiglio vivamente prezzi adeguati nella norma,dopo aver visitato le famose grotte di castellana ci siamo fermati a pranzo,ottimo servizio e accoglienza adeguati.

Hotel molto bello, stanze pulite e ottimo ristorante. Ho soggiornato per una sola notte con la mia famiglia (avevo un pacchetto wonderbox da utilizzare) e devo dire che non ho avuto alcuna difficoltà ad individuare insieme al receptionist la soluzione più adatta e conveniente per noi. La gentilezza del personale è estrema tanto che alla bambina( che non era prevista nel coupon)non hanno fatto pagare né la camera, né la colazione Sono piccoli dettagli,ma fanno la differenza Se dovessi ricapitare da quelle parti ritornerei sicuramente

Hotel situato difronte all’ingresso delle grotte di Castellana, nella valle d’itria. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Spa piccola ma ben gestita perché ogni coppia può stare sostare solamente un’ora per cui c’è privacy. All’interno c’è una vasca idromassaggio riscaldata una sauna, un bagno turco e l’aria relax con tisana. Unico neo la colazione poco fornita

4 nuits avec petit déjeuner cette semaine. Bon accueil, parking gratuit, chambre très spacieuse et literie de bonne qualité, vaste salle de bain. Propreté sans reproche. TV sans aucune chaine étrangère et pas de bouilloire, pourtant un standard en 4* .... Bon buffet de petit déjeuner, les boissons chaudes sont préparées à la demande. Situation géographique appréciable pour rayonner sur toute la région sans effectuer trop de kilomètres. Bon restaurant très abordable à 200 mètres de l'hôtel. Malheureusement, tous ces points positifs sont totalement gâchés par la présence dans l'espace hôtel de salles de réceptions pour banquets, mariages...... Celles ci sont situées en surplomb de la façade de l'hôtel à quelques mètres des chambres. Résultat deux nuits blanches sur quatre...musique assourdissante et feu d'artifice pour conclure à deux heures du matin, idem le surlendemain. Seulement quelques vagues excuses en réception le lendemain.... C'est donc une loterie, vous avez de la chance ....ou pas..... nous ne recommanderons pas cet établissement pour cette raison majeure. Vraiment dommage.

ventilation bruyante et éclairage de sécurité (lampe bleu) qui empêche de dormir ! aucun réglage possible. Hôtel à éviter. Ne mérite pas le label 4 étoiles ! Mauvais souvenir, il doit y avoir mieux dans la région !

Excellent hôtel situé à côté des grottes de Castellana. Chambre spacieuse, salle de bain spacieuse .Il manque une bouilloire d’accueil ! Le petit déjeuner est varié avec de bons produits frais. Le personnel est accueillant et aimable. Le restaurant est acceptable sans plus.

Albergo carino vicino alle grotte di castellana (si raggiungono a piedi). Siamo stati nel trullo junior, esperienza carina ma arredamento del trullo andrebbe rivisto. Bella la piscina ed anche la SPA (entrambe piccole ma funzionali). Ottima colazione, personale cortese e disponibile.
