Can’t fault this hotel. On arrival was welcomed with a blast of air con right through the hotel from 30+ heat from outside. Reception were lovely. The room was lovely. Had all the amenities one would need. A few reviews slate the air con however once being outside and re entering the room your welcomed with a cool room as reception give you 2 keys so you can have your air con on whilst out and about down the pool. The air con isn’t too strong and is perfect to sleep with without becoming too cold. Rooms were extremely clean and i was very happy with this especially having a 4year old with us. & beds are really comfy! The pool area is great. There is no fighting for sun loungers as many sunbathe on the top terrace leaving the loungers down near the pool for those wishing to use the pool area with kids. Would highly recommend this hotel to family holiday makers.

Confortable rooms, clean hotel and rich breakfast. No shuttle to other parcs or to the city is a big let down. Very far from the city. Nothing around the hotel. Don’t understand why no hotel buses … Friendly staff. Right in front of Terra mitica woth private entry

Right now Im a guest here and I need to share this awful experience I can talk with knowledge. We did visit this hotel every year since the last 5 years and we are absolutly disappointed on this visit: - Food with less quality and variety, personnal on breakfast and dinner not very friendly, looks always angry, if one food ends, no one put more or refill - Maintenance needed in different zones, pool, terraces furnitures to seat at night not in good shape - Part of terra mitica is closed and no one inform you previous your arrive, even callung previous week to check (uninformed reception) - *Terrible organization and management of one big football event guests, around 600 pax filling the hotel, we can't sleep most of the nights of our holidays because the noise and uncontroled groups, kids and teenegers - The quality of room and installations not worth anymore the very high compared to ithers 4 stars of the zone *Just 5 minutes ago happen this (unbelievable) 1. We did call 2 times to reception to ask for control of the noise (11:20 and 11:50) kids was running and screaming 2. Around midnight someone of security knocks our door...to ask WHO was borhering us ??? We cant believe the question...our answer: is not about WHO, but WHY we have all this noise at midnight...this person just say to the kids, if not go to silence, Police coming 😶 3. Reception personnal was so polite useless, they literally said dont know what to do....but tomorrow talk with some boss.... By the way we did warning since yesterday about this, and none apply actions or really listen us on reception. Summary, not recommend this hotel if u want to enjoy your holidays and be relaxed, trusting the hotel CAN manage the situations THEY. accept... Thx for read PD: Last year we coincide with a Salsa dance festival, hotel was full but still enjoyable ...in the last months is clear something change....owner or mgmt, but was a bad change.... on track to loose loyals clients like us

Great family escape away from central Benidorm. It comes with special direct access to Terra Mitica (tickets included with stay) which was one of the reason we chose this hotel. We had amazing family time together on the the rides which are included in ticket price, just bear in mind there will be long queues during school holidays or weekends after all its a theme park, right? I dont know why people complain about children when IT IS a them park, doesn’t make sense at all.

Me and my partner came to visit for a week, the hotel was nice but average for the price that we had paid. Location was too far from anywhere worth going so a car is needed if staying here, the hotel staff were nice other than the main hotel manager who charged us €300 for smoking on the balcony even though the maid gave us an ash tray and there were no no smoking signs on the balcony either? We was accused of smoking in the room even though we only smoked on the balcony with the ash tray that was provided, also we shut the door when on the balcony so i feel as though this was unfair and they should not of let us upgrade too if that was the case. We upgraded on our last night and it was worth every penny, it was €60 for a huge room with a jacuzzi bath and large balcony, massive difference compared to the small room we were given to begin with! The spa was lovely we really enjoyed that. I can’t give more than a 2* since we were unfairly charged, the fact that we were charged €300 and being falsely accused of smoking inside when we did not left us feeling rubbish on our last day but u will give the 2* for the hotel grounds itself and the other staff were lovely and very helpful. Also loved the old sports cars on the front! Nice touch.

We stay here quite often as we live in the area. On the whole it is very good but the last couple of times I've noticed that the bacon at breakfast is fake bacon!!(I'm not sure how it's made but I imagine it's reconstituted) I actually asked the lady cooking the eggs and she confirmed it (not that I needed confirmation, you could tell a mile off!) As an English person who looks forward to a nice cooked breakfast when I stay at hotels I find this very unacceptable, especially in a 4 star hotel!

We recently visited the hotel for 2 nights as a group of 20 (6 families all with teenage children). Reception & grounds to the hotel are immaculate. We were all given rooms in block D on the front of the hotel so overlooking the smaller pool & crazy golf with a view of Benidorm in the distance. Room was clean, bright & big enough for 3 of us. Small fridge & safe in the room. Bathroom was lovely with 2 sinks. We ate in the terrace bar which had a small selection of the usual foods (pizzas, pastas, which were good & burgers which were not so good) food was hot & served quite quickly. Bar led onto a large terrace which had kid’s entertainment which little ones seemed to enjoy. Hotel gives free entry to 3 attractions & is directly across the road from Terra Mitica theme park which the kids loved. They went later in the early evening so didn’t have too many queues to worry about. Breakfast buffet has a large selection which is constantly restocked. It did get very busy between 9-10 which is to be expected. Downside was the hot buffet - all the food was cold. However plenty of cold selection to choose from. Pool area has lots of space & loungers with parasols. Life guards present at all times we were there & some animation team activities were going on at various times. Pool bar was a little expensive but staff were pleasant. You can also hire & exchange towels here too - free of charge. On day 2 we taxied to the water park -about 15mins a (€15) away. Queues here are very long but place is spacious with lots of loungers (€7). . It is out on its own with nothing else around (except the theme park) so a taxi ride away from any nightlife if that’s what you’re after - we weren’t. There was no shop but a couple of vending machines which sold water etc. Overall a lovely hotel.
