Lovely view, comfortable room, spacious shower and restroom, and delicious food. The grounds are beautiful! The staff are very helpful.

It is a nice hotel, a 3* so with some flaws (like the old furniture, some missing covers for the electric plugs) but clean and nice. *** Position *** Conveniently positioned near Amorosi, relatively close to an highway/speedway *** Rooms *** As I said, it is a 3* hotel, so there are a few flows, but the rooms are clean and the linen is clean too *** Personnel *** Nice and pleasant *** Price *** Absolutely in line, nothing to say about it

Struttura a metà strada fra Amorosi e Telese. Pulita ed ordinata con un giardino gradevole e parcheggio ombreggiato. Personale disponibile. Camera pulita e spaziosa, bagno senza finestra ma con aspiratore. La colazione presenta la variante dolce e salata. L’impianto Wi-Fi non perfettamente funzionante. Rapporto qualità-prezzo buono. Raccomandabile.

Ho prenotato una camera in questo hotel via booking e l’hotel da policy ha pre-autorizzato il pagamento di 362 euro sulla mia carta di credito. Ho quindi cancellato la prenotazione e l’hotel ha provveduto allo storno della somma. Il problema è che dopo un mese non ho ancora ricevuto i soldi! Alla mia banca non risulta alcun pagamento a mio favore da parte dell’hotel che continua invece a dichiarare che da parte loro hanno restituito i soldi. Quello che più scoccia è che oltre ad aver perso i soldi l’hotel non sta facendo nulla per aiutarmi a recuperarli, chiudendo così la cosa come se non fosse un loro problema. Insomma si sono intascati 362 euro.

Siamo stati accolti da un personale gentile ed efficiente per qualsiasi esigenza. Abbiamo usufruito al mattino di una colazione a buffet abbondante e gustosa. Nel complesso é stato un piacevole soggiorno!

Hotel impeccabile, pulizia eccellente,bagni bellissimi e stanze con tappezzeria raffinata,penso che 3 stelle siano poche per i servizi e l'eleganza che offre questo hotel inoltre personale gentile e proprietari dolcissimi.

Facile da trovare, parcheggio comodo. Struttura ampia con un esterno molto gradevole. Camere di giuste dimensioni purtroppo con moquette, pulite dotate di tutto quello che necessita. La gentilezza del personale e la simpatia di Alfonsina e Angela permettono a questa struttura di raggiungere i massimi voti. Grazie, è stato un soggiorno molto gradevole.

Appena arrivati dopo esserci rinfrescati io e i miei amici che stavamo alloggiando per un gemellaggio musicale abbiamo scordato la chiave principale in stanza.allora mentre arrivavamo in reception per dirlo scorbuticamente ci han trattato davvero male e non usano lo stesso rispetto che usano per altri
