Hotel Ristorante Cervo Malpensa

This family-owned hotel is not glamorous but is nicely furnished with spotless, well maintained rooms. Bed linens are nice with comforters matching the draperies, tall windows that give an air of spaciousness. Our room opened onto the paved courtyard which is gated to the street. Bath towels are generously sized and the bathroom was also spotless. This was not a large room (we had a twin) but it had a built in luggage rack, desk, tall wardrobe and also hooks on the wall for coats. NIghtstands with sconces over them were by each bed. The family work hard to meet requests and make guests comfortable. Restaurant portions are generous; we found we could not hold a primi and a secondi as the pastas and risottos were so ample. The restaurant uses good quality ingredients and does not attempt things they cannot handle so while the meals are comforting and delicious they are good basic “mama” cooking. I am a tough “grader” so gave it a four because it is not grand but it is very comfortable and very, very reasonable. It is a five for value.

Excellent value just a few minutes walk from the free airport bus stop. Friendly staff. Clean, spacious room.

Booked last min, Great Price. Don't let the slightly sabby look put you off, Great Stay, Nice Food and friendly staff, real easy to/from MXP also. Room great for price and did the job and great large bathroom. Will defently stay again.

A perfect stay to rest just before my night flight. This hotel operates a restaurant that serves authentic Italian dishes “Molto buono!” Federico and his family are very polite and warm, this is the best option for a place near Malpensa airport, the room given to me is clean, comfy bed and spacious. Grazie mille per tutti!

Not good hotel

Personale gentilissimo, camere pulite e confortevoli, pulizia ottima , cena con personale cordiale e simpatico , cena abbondante e ottimi prodotti . Parcheggio interno custodito con ottimi spazi , ben dislocato per ogni direzione .

Scortesia e poca professionalità è dir poco!!! Organizzazione pessima! La parola ospitalità non esiste in quell’hotel, personale per niente formato ne collaborativo, confusione su tutto! Prenoti, paghi ma corri il rischio che non ti venga dato il servizio per la quale hai pagato e non solo.

Il personale gentilissimo e disponibile a risolvere ogni problema.
