Agriturismo I Moresani

On May 2023 we were hosted at Agriturismo I Moresani on a Handmade Pasta Cooking Class. The organic farm run by a charming and warm family. The place is simply wonderful, the hosts are perfect, we got the feeling of royal home hospitality. Our hosts did everything to make our time enjoyable. The workshop was Fun and fascinating and took place in the Farm restaurant by Chef Carmine. The training was pleasant and professional. Michela translated everything from Italian to English for us and added a lot of knowledge The pasta was made from whole flour of an ancient variety that they grow on the farm, we learned to make fusilli typical of the Cilento region, ravioli and Cavatelli. We were 2 couples, we all rate the experience as the highlight of our trip. Highly recommended for those who love to cook and want to enjoy an amazing and special home experience. The organic products sold at the farm are also of high quality and highly recommended. Thank you for a great experience.

Very clean and spacios apartments and pool, lots of authentic clean food, great staff and family. A good old italien holiday for our family (with kids 6-11). Fun to feed and pet the animals:) we stayed for five days in late june.

We just spent two nights at I Moresani and absolutely loved it. We spent 3 weeks in Italy, travelling around by public transport and after staying mostly in very busy and lively places, we were looking for a quiet and peaceful place to do "nothing" for two days. And I Moresani was absolutely perfect for that ! Everything was great: the location is beautiful and very quiet and peaceful. The food served is mostly grown in their garden, or produced by them (cheese, sausages, olive oil, pasta, wine etc.). Go for halfboard, its extremely good value for money, and much more food than you can eat (and its very tasty of course). There is a lovely swimming pool and beautiful nature. The rooms are comfortable and with everything that you need. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Most speak only italian (and we dont speak italian), but that was not a problem at all. We did a pasta cooking class, which was great fun. It could not have been better, and we had an amazing time. The value for money is excellent. Thanks a lot to Ester, Michaela, Gino, Domenico, Valentina and everybody else at I Moresani !

Siamo stati a dormire in questo agriturismo 1 notte mia moglie ed io ed è stato davvero piacevole. È un posto immerso nel verde dove vige silenzio assoluto. Diversi animali sono presenti e rendono questo posto speciale. La piscina è molto bella e pulita anche se non l’abbiamo utilizzata.

Solitamente non scrivo recensioni di alcun tipo, ma questa volta ho deciso di fare un'eccezione. I Moresani è diventato il nostro posto magico e infatti ci andiamo quando desideriamo stare bene e in totale relax e mangiare cibi di qualità anche in compagnia di amici e parenti. Credo che l'antipasto sia stato più povero rispetto alle scorse volte ma va bene così, i salumi e i formaggi buonissimi come sempre, la scarole e i broccoli di rapa ottimi, la zucca impanata fredda e il pane stantio. L'hamburger con cipolle caramellate buonissimo! Ma la brutta sorpresa della cena è stata il pezzo forte e cioé la tagliata di vitello, che era assolutamente immangiabile perché era durissima. Quando si avvicina uno dei componenti del team, gli spiego, dispiaciuta,il problema e mi dice che probabilmente il ciclo di frollatura non era completo(🤔🤔🤔) che avrebbe chiesto di scalarlo dal conto(dal conto,abbastanza alto, non ci è stato scalato nulla😅). Ma la mia delusione non nasce solo da questo,ma dal fatto che, a mio modesto parere, un professionista capisce certamente che sta per servire un pezzo di carne impossibile da mangiare, non mi è stata neanche proposta un'alternativa (che,senza alcun problema, avrei anche pagato quando la tagliata), avrei anche dato ulteriori spiegazioni. Il fatto è che nessuno è perfetto, le difficoltà sono state e sono tante e si può certamente sbagliare ed è importante rimettersi in carreggiata, il cliente non ha certamente sempre ragione ma penso che davanti a dati di fatto incontrovertibili si possa solo cercare di riparare. Siamo soliti ritornare anche nei posti che ci deludono perché si può sempre sbagliare, ma qui credo che non ritorneremo più.

Abbiamo provato ... Ma nn é andata come speravamo. Il cibo era buono ma una polpetta 4 euro neanche a Capri ... quanto dovrebbero costare quelle che faccio io? Vino della casa troppo caro...3 cotolette con patatine 48€. Assenti spazi per bambini vicini a dove si cena. Strada pericolosa. Forse meglio andare di mattina ma non credo lo scopriremo mai!
