首先是預訂的大床房，結果給我們安排的是雙床房，房間裏無水杯、燒水壺，這一點有點奇怪。酒店的電梯是個很大問題，速度慢，要等很久。房間衞生還可以，不過靠近樓梯或者布草間的位置很吵鬧。前台服務態度尚可，服務質量真心一般，刷個房卡搞了好幾次，退房開發票各種業務不熟練，讓人心累。

Rezalet bir yer odalar fena değil büyüklüğü fakat hizmet sıfır .3 saatte iki bardak getiremediler. su ısıtıcısı yok bardak yok. Bir daha tercih eder miyim kesinlikle etmem .

衞生好，前台服務態度好，辦理入住效率高，衞生乾淨，交通方便，出行便利。以後還來，酒店位置也好停車，客户很好找。

不推薦這家酒店。服務差，酒店房間沒洗漱用品，還把我自己的牙膏扔掉了，讓前台送牙膏，送了兩天都沒送來。廁所紙巾連續兩天沒放。外賣不讓拿進酒店，衹能在外面吃了再進來。這是我住的體驗感最差的酒店。

Room was very hot. When I asked why the Aircon isn't working, they told me they turn it off. So I should open a window. Room service was slow . And general condition of the room was poor

No tea/coffee maker. Included breakfast not v good. Staff service not v responsive

It’s a lovely hotel; lobby is cute and clean. Hotel rooms are nice and spacious and bathrooms are big. Amenities for the room are great. Bed and pillows were a little too soft but comfortable. Staff didn’t come to the room twice when they said they would send someone to retrieve the bags from the car and to bring the luggage cart. Biggest con is the price of breakfast 200Dhm for a small selection of food items at their breakfast Buffett.

The towels were thread bare, very thin and raggedy. Also, headboards need to be replaced as they were scratched up and upholstery was torn, amenities on ******* were in an adjacent hotel that we did not have access to...very disappointing.

Everything is perfect for me during my stay especially Yassine in reception and house keeping Nouhaila very helpful.Only onething bath tubes are very high and even i am 1.80 m it is difficult to go inside and out,and there is no any bar to hold.İt is wet area and very open to fall down.

I booked a room at the hotel for my fiancé, it was non refundable, she was denied access at the reception because of a “ law in Morocco that states that a single woman living in the same city is not allowed to stay in a hotel”. I was told at the reception that they will issue a refund however it never happened. The hotel team ignored multiple emails I sent them, they ignored phone calls by ******* team . They should be announcing that clearly in the ads and not just rip people off their money😡😡

Nice location and, fine building but need renovation. The cleaning was bad on arrival, our white socks turned grey walking around in the room, and they did a "good" cleaning the day after... Our bathtop didn't work, and we informed the staff from day one, they forgot about it, we tried again, and the frontoffice manger contacted us, than they couldn't fix it, the was day 3. nothing happened but the last day they offered us to move room.. A bit to late sorry.... so all in all not impressed.

The room size and the view outside were very good. The furniture and cleaning was good as well in the room. However, the room service was not good. They did several errors. The breakfast is extremely expensive in the hotel restaurant. 200 diram for a breakfast was like a joke. We refused and went to an excellent location in city center, and we paid only 90 dirham for a wonderfull breakfast. At the reception, the staff coukd be more customer oriented, more smilyng and more flexible. I was also surprised that there was no hamam and sauna in the hotel, that was disappointing me. Anyway, it was not a negative stay, but just a bit disappointing on the service quality.

Large and very clean rooms, location is okay and walking distance to most things. Would definitely stay next time here.
