Muito boa localização, com fácil acesso aos pontos turísticos. Quartos confortáveis, banho satisfatório. Cafe da manhã com boa variedade. Deixa a desejar um pouco a limpeza e o atendimento da recepção.

A more than wonderful hotel. My family and i spent the best days of vacation, we had an exceptional stay at the hotel. The staff’s dedication and hard work were evident in every detail. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the common areas were spotless. Kudos to the team for maintaining such high standards of cleanliness. Highly recommend

recently stayed at Kenzi Basma Hotel, and it was an outstanding experience. The room was immaculate and beautifully decorated . The bed was very comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and the staff were attentive and friendly. Overall, my stay exceeded expectations, thanks to the luxurious accommodations and exceptional service. Highly recommend!

One of the best hotels I haven been. 10 of 10 in everthing, hospitality and amenities. The staff was increíble too and feel my self if I was at my own home. I will back soon inchallah. The breakfast was delicious and so so good and excelent coffe i really like it

This hotel is right at downtown Casablanca. Location is simply perfect and staff very courteous. The room, however, is somehow rundown. It is a very old place with many of the amenities in need of maintenance. The bed and shower are broken. While price is quite cheap, I would rather go somewhere else in town.

A smell from the bathroom permeated the room on our arrival but we left the aircon fan on night and day plus the window open and it wasn’t enough to want to move . The room we had #801was small for a king size bed but the bed was comfortable and the room quiet and dark overnight . We ate in the downstairs bar area each night as we could get a light meal and beer which was all we needed after lunches out . Abdul who served us was very helpful and had a great sense of humour . A good selection of food for breakfast was provided on first floor and staff friendly too . No laundry service on the weekends but that’s common . Really enjoyed music in the lobby - and downstairs- very relaxing.

Clean and beautiful space , i liked the service and people are really niiiice . Love it and i will love to come back again to this place . They have delicious dishes and drinks . And there is one guy hamza ommg he is a gentleman he helped us a lot with everything

It's one of the best hotels i have visited before i loved the hospitality and everything i liked the treatment from the general government Mrs cherkaoui she's so active and she really likes what she's doing, i really appreciate the effort me and my my colleagues, it really deserves to come back.
