The stay would have been better if we weren't moved to a new room mid trip. The mix up was time consuming and a pain to deal with. We stayed here in July 2024. The group we were with had reserved our room, however we extended our stay for a few additional days. This was a headache, because after we got back from our excursion we were told that the hotel staff moved our luggage and belongings to a new room when our keys to the hotel didn't work in the elevator. That was a major issue, however it was just a miscommunication by the desk staff, our items had not actually been moved they were still in our original room. However, they didn't want to let us stay in our original room that we extended. They wanted to put us in a smaller room instead. That was unacceptable and led to an hour of back and forth with the staff when we just wanted to get into our room and shower so we could make our dinner reservation. We missed our reservation due to this and needed to figure out different dinner plans. Fortunately, we were able to reschedule dinner the following day. After the inconvenience and talks with the manager, we ended up staying in our original room our entire stay. Also, I was very taken by the quality of the bathrobe that this hotel had in the rooms (thee best hotel bathrobe that I have ever worn in all my travels!) So my fiancé bought me one during check out. It was an amazing gift! Overall, the boutique hotel was very modern and chic. I really liked the look and the cafe downstairs was nice. We had dinner at the restaurant upstairs during our stay as well and it was very pleasant. I would stay here again.

Horrible Customer Service - everything was about the VIP and all other customers had to just make do. I had no heat in my room and they refused to help because maintenance was busy with the VIP. My first visit to the front desk I was told someone would be up shortly. The second visit I was told maintenance was busy with VIP so it would be a bit. Third visit - I was told there would be no help because of the VIP. It was all hands on deck for VIP and no concerns for all other guests. My room was on the busy road and above the car park where the VIP guests were arriving so extremely noisy already from road then added a very busy car park. I was told they only had a room near the very loud VIP party. I left the hotel in which the manager just watched me walk out and nothing was said. I received excellent service at the next hotel and had heat.

Evrything at Movenpick hotel is perfectly organized !! Especiality proffesional Mrs Hajar guest relations. I can fully recommend this hotel for futhter visitators, all kind of organized group and for everyone who wants to enjoy business or vacation.

Was going to book this hotel for a short trip to Brighton. Once I realised it was cashless I decided not to visit. Went to a better hotel where my cash was welcome and manager over the moon with the £300.00 bill paid in cash and I was welcomed back anytime. Go cashless go customerless. Cash is king

Bravo ! Clean , modern , wonderful staff, an extra big thank you to Younes who went the extra mile in every possible way . Cocktails are great , food is wonderful, rooms are at a very fair price and beds super comfy , will definitely be coming back !
