Truly a unique property perched atop a 2 acre vineyard with over 1,700 vines. The detached 1 bedroom guest house is approximately 600sf and located just steps from the main house. The guest house has a full kitchen, 1 full bathroom and a comfortable living room with a couch that converts into a twin bed for extra sleeping options. Great for extended families, friends or use as a master suite!We have beach chairs and two coolers for your use if needed.There is no street parking available. Please drive slowly on the one lane road to house. Driveway parking allows for a max of 6 cars. The vineyard was planted in early 2018, and the first harvest took place in fall of 2020. We produced our first Dickson Reserve Red Blend in June 2022 (its quite tasty!). Because it is a working vineyard, there is weekly maintenance scheduled on property. POOL WATER FEATURES USE:-The pool water features (bubblers, fountains, slide, waterfall, etc) must be requested anytime between 10am and 9pm as they are turned on remotely by your host.
