No children are to be left unattended in or by the pool at all times. Must be 25 or older to book 12 is the max number of guests allowed in the home. That includes staying as well as visiting. Thank you! This is a residential neighborhood and we expect our guests to respect their surroundings. Special Note: Please do not move any of the furniture in the home around during your stay. Please be advised that the noise ordinance in this area is from 9pm-9am. No music in backyard at all times. Again, this is a family friendly neighborhood and we have to respect those around us, music will echo to other neighbors yards and there will be a fine. POOL/SPA It is optional to heat the pool. If you want the pool heated, we have a 3 consecutive day minimum. There is an additional fee to heat the pool. Prices vary depending on the time of year. Oct-March: $150 per day /3 consecutive day minimum. April-May: $125 per day/3 consecutive day minimum. June and Sept: $100 per day/3 consecutive day minimum. July and Aug: $75 per day plus /3 consecutive day minimum. (you most likely won't need the pool heated in July and August. The pool temperature is warm and usually in the low to mid 80's). Please Note: We don't heat the pool past 85 degrees. Pool temp can vary depending on weather conditions. We can make an exception however it does cost more. Tampering with the pool heat or accidentally turning it on will have a $150 per day fee. PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THE POOL EQUIPMENT OUTSIDE. It will disable the system causing nothing to work. You cannot heat the pool and the spa at the same time. We first heat the pool to temp then you can turn on/off the spa when needed. The spa is free however when you're not using it, it needs to be shut off so the pool can filter. It's also on a 1hr 30 min timer. Hot tub heater must be turned off after use and overnight. We are a smoke free home, this also includes the backyard. This includes vaping and marijuana. - Any smoking on the property will result in a $500 fine. We do not allow ANY parties at any time. Guests listed in the booking are the only guests permitted on the property at all times. NO additional guests permitted. We do not allow any pets in the home due to severe allergies, this also includes any service or emotional support animals. Due to severe allergies we are unable to accommodate. Green bins are only for landscaping. There is a $500 fine for throwing trash in the green bins or recycling bins. PLEASE NOTE: There are a few days of the year that we don’t allow check -ins and check- outs.
