I booked this hotel for a few days last minute and couldn't have been happier. Hotel staff were very welcoming and couldn't do enough to help. Room was very clean and serviced everyday. The pool area was clean within easy access into the pool which is important for me with reduced mobility. I have very specific dietary needs after surgery and these were catered for after a quick chat with staff

Aircon wouldn’t turn off so the room was freezing
The aircon made a loud clicking sound which also didn’t stop throughout the night.
The reception staff were not helpful and did not seem interested in resolving the issue.

I/we stayed for 2 separate nights in June & July during a 10 property Italian road trip, so this review is relatively objective. Easily found opposite an army base in a rural location with plenty of parking. A large modern hotel which could be described as soul less and totally lacking character. The main accommodation blocks (yes that’s what they are) have an army barracks feel about them. The bedrooms are basic, clean, large, cool, air conditioned, black out shutters with decent, if a little dated bathrooms. None of the staff encountered seemed to offer any engagement at all, simply doing what was their job and no more - and this is making allowances for the language barrier. There is a large and well maintained swimming pool. There is a restaurant on site but this wasn’t used. Breakfast was a very limited Italian buffet with self service coffee machines, which did in fact produce a decent cup of coffee. The plus for this hotel is that it’s only 10-15 minutes easy drive to the airport, which was what I/we used it for.

Ha superato di molto le mie aspettative, le camere(al contrario delle recensioni)non erano "PIENE DI INSETTI E CAPELLI" ma comunque molto impolverato soprattutto sotto i letti (si trovano dei batuffoli di polvere). Il cibo è molto buono , informati sul senza glutine , al contrario di altri hotel in zona, le recensioni altrui dicevano: cibo disgustoso, inmangiabile ecc. Sono comunque molto contento e spero continuate così. Grazie

Ho soggiornato presso l’hotel minerva per lavoro, al nostro arrivo la Pulizia delle camere ha lasciato molto a desiderare. Mancavano i teli bagno. Mancanza di zanzariere presso la camera , difatti la notte era un concentramento di insetti vari. Aria condizionata malfunzionante, condizione generale della camera indecente, vecchia e poco manutenuta. Inaccettabile, non si capisce come si faccia ad attribuire 3 stelle ad una struttura simile. Cucina pessima, con poca scelta e scarsa qualità. Unica nota positiva lo staff gentile e disponibile. SCONSIGLIATA.

Abbiamo soggiornato per lavoro e vi assicuro eravamo tanti (da occupare tutta la struttura) Malgrado il dover soddisfare le necessità e gli orari di moltissime teste abbiamo riscontrato MASSIMA SERIETÀ ,CORDIALITÀ,GENTILEZZA DI TUTTO IL PERSONALE !!! Una proprietà seria ! Camere spaziosissime forse un poco retro’ ma parliamo di un tre stelle e onestamente sono quasi poche ! Ottima cucina ma ribadisco il punto di forza IL PERSONALE ! In sala tutti e tutte guidate egregiamente dalla Maitre di sala ( grande professionista)! Il personale delle pulizie perfetto e disponibilissimo ! Insomma complimenti a tutti !!

Struttura molto pulita e accogliente, personale di sala molto competente e preparato , la caposala Maria è attenta a tutte le esigenze della clientela, cucina tipica salentina fatta nel migliore dei modi. Voto 10/10 super super CONSIGLIATO.

Hotel pulito camere antiquate ma confortevoli presenza di piscina per il periodo estivo e campo da tennis attivo ed in buono stato.Peccato per il servizio pasto se si sceglie la formula mezza pensione. Pasti non sempre all'altezza dell'albergo con il rischio che nelle giornate da venerdi alla dominica non ci sia il servizio, e con la modalità di prenotazione dei pasti la sera prima, tecnica che puo andar bene in ospedale in una pensione ma non in un albergo al giorno d'oggi e con scelta limitatissima.
