Beacon House Inn Bed & Breakfast

Mike and Heather were great hosts. Heather provided lots of tips on places to eat and things to do in the area and Mike created excellent and original breakfasts. Home baked cakes or cookies were available all day, as well as a kettle and a selection of teas - particularly welcome for British visitors! Guests also had access to a fridge and fresh coffee was available from 7.30am every morning. We stayed in the Romance Suite, which was spacious and comfortable. The Inn was clean,quiet and comfortable and just a short walk from the beach. In October we shared this wonderful beach with a few fishermen/women and dog walkers. We expect it is a bit busier in high season!

We had a fun, pleasant stay here with our dogs. The small cabins are simple but had everything we needed plus some luxurious extras. We loved the local coffee beans with a grinder and coffee fixings. Good kitchen supplies for cooking. The bed was comfy with high quality linens. There is excellent internet service, Netflix, Hulu & so on. The cabin is very clean & there is quick access to the beach. There are games & books for rainy days. There are some basic toiletries. The dogs appreciated the treats!
