Not coming back .. dirty room and rude staff , old rooms and old bed

披着樂高外衣的快捷酒店，但小朋友超級愛，外面都是可以玩兒的樂高，各種活動也很多。房間有上下鋪，拉開還能睡一個，實際可以住兩大三小。去樂高樂園不能更方便了！ 吃的還可以，不貴，有密碼箱，解鎖後送了兩包樂高玩具。總之就是適齡小朋友的天堂，大人不用抱太多期望，不是五星級酒店的設施。

來聖地亞哥第一晚入住，孩子們被濃濃樂高氛圍環繞，真是興奮不已疲勞困倦全消。裏裡外外整個設計構思巧妙，小朋友不僅大開眼界，還能實際感受各種難得的沉浸式體驗。假期好開端，贊！🌹😊

The hotel is definitely a wonderland for kids. Lots of energy in the atmosphere and friendly staff. Here’s my breakdown of my review: ROOM: 4 out of 5 stars We stayed on the 3rd floor at the adventure side. The room has a bunk bed that it’s perfect for kids, and has a light beside that kids can turn on when needed. The toilet has 3 levels of seats, from toddler to adult, which is great for little kids that need to go to the bathroom. They have free juice and water available in the room plus a fridge. No microwave though. However, all floors are equipe with a microwave close to the elevators. They also include a treasure chest that you can open when you complete a scavenger hunt as well as Lego toys that kids can play with. The reason why I gave it 4 out 5 was due to the room is really dark. There’s not enough natural light coming in, and there’s not enough bright lights to turn on to keep the room well lit. BUFFET: 3 out of 5 stars The food was average, nothing special. I felt that it was a bit overpriced for the type of food we get. One thing I didn’t understand is, why have hard naval oranges available when is hard to peel by hand and you need a knife to cut it? The staff were very friendly and courteous. SWIMMING POOL: 5 out of 5 The pool is perfect for families, and the life guards were very friendly. Just a heads up. If you have a swimming vest for your kids, it needs to be to be approved by the American Coast Guard Association in order to wear it in the pool. Otherwise you will have to put one of their swimming vest on. Free of charge of course. ARCADE: 1 out of 5 stars The arcade was not up to par as it should be. Some machines were broken and kids couldn’t play. Some machines didn’t read the cards very well and just eats up your money. The worst one to play was claw machine. This claw machine company is known to make the claw loose enough so you can’t win anything. That’s why owners love to have it, it makes them more money. Just Google the company and you’ll see what I mean. LOBBY AND HALLS: 5 out 5 stars Lots to do in the lobby to keep your kids entertained. I also love that the elevator has its own discotheque. Overall, the hotel was great. My family and I really enjoyed it and we will come back some time in the future.

we stayed 2 days in this hotel and one of the aspects that i personally loved was the treasure box to be with the children in search of the clues to open it is fun, its playground and the ambience of the rooms, the search for mr gold to be asking the staff if they have him, luckily we got it and it was a more good luck the person who gave it to us his name Jorge Ignacio charismatic and kind person who made the day to my children he gave him mr gold and 2 minifigures he told us that if we needed anything he could help us and additionally we asked him for some tollas that he gladly brought them to us., it really made our day, thank you for your good job

First time coming to this hotel and was very impressed. I wasn't really a "lego" fan, however, when coming here, I was instantly changed into decorations and theme for the hotel was fabulous. We loved that you can get a new lego kit each night after you answered all of your clues to open your safe. The rooms are nicely decorated and very comfortable. In fact I would like to make a special thanks to Jorge Ignacio I must recognize the work of this great guy that's why I write this review that really is a guy with great customer service, I give lego badges to my children were delighted. And another special thanks to a girl from the restaurant I think her name is Marissa for her great attention and dedication to her work. legoland not only has a great hotel, it has a great staff too. The big bonus is that it is literally footsteps from the park. Super convenient and we would definitely come back again.

This week was one to remember. First time experience for all three of us (hubby, my 5 year old son and I This was a childhood dream came true for all of us. We were blessed with being able to get the full on experience with themed room at Legoland Hotel, birthday celebration, in house breakfast, character meet & greet and lots of activities in the hotel. Upon arrival we were assisted with our luggage, you get a luggage claim ticket and they take everything up to your room for you. Our room was pirate themed It got a little noisy around 8am (people heading to breakfast) and around 9pm (people heading to their room after the pool or night activities), nothing major though. No other issues in our room at all. Breakfast was phenomenal!!!!! It's included with your stay. Buffet style wth so much to choose from. Omelet bar, yogurt, fruit, toast, smoothies, oatmeal, cereal, BACON, ham, sautéed veggies ... etc.... we met Jorge Ignacio who fortunately had a space baby my son was fascinated very nice guy talked with my son and congratulated him on his birthday he does a great job in this hotel this boy. All staff was super nice and friendly. Dance party from 6-9pm was super fun! My son decided to dance the very last night we were there in his Kai costume which gave him a lot of attention. Pool is decent and accommodates to all ages, they provide life jackets and towels. Giant water legos were a hit, but I can see how the older kids can take over on those... Check out was a breeze. After breakfast we walked up to valet, they asked for our room number, they went up to our room to get our luggage and when we came back down, our car was there, our luggage was all loaded and we were ready to go. My son had 3 favorite parts to the hotel: 1. The elevator ride was always a party. 2. Whoopie cushion outside the elevator 3. Find a space baby with Jorge Overall, my son had a blast and kept saying "I'm going to miss this place" We will return soon!

We had the experience of staying at this hotel for 2 nights with my daughter and son in a Ninjago themed room, and I find very peculiar the way the room is decorated, my 2 children loved the bunk beds were according to the size of the children in their room had television, our room also had one because the rooms are separated, the rooms are of an average size well distributed and comfortable, the cleaning they do is good with the cleaning also refill water and juices. In the lobby there is a very particular young man Jorge Ignacio who took us to the check in area of the restaurant and told us what we could do inside the hotel, good service from him.

Legoland Resort: Fun for the Kids, But Not Without Issues We stayed at the Legoland Resort in March 2024 with a group of 4 adults and 1 child, opting for a 2-bedroom suite. While there were some perks to the stay, a few drawbacks made it less enjoyable than expected. Positives: • Convenient Access: Admission tickets to the park were included, which was a great bonus. We didn’t need to worry about transportation—no need for Uber or driving. • Breakfast Buffet: A breakfast buffet was also included, making mornings a little easier. Negatives: • Misleading Photos: The rooms looked spacious in the online photos, but in reality, they were quite cramped. Neither bedroom had a closet or dresser, so we had no place to store our clothes. • Bathroom Issues: The bathroom door didn’t lock, and there wasn’t even a stand or shelf for personal items, which was inconvenient. • High Prices: The on-site prices were outrageous—$6 for a small bag of popcorn, $6 for a bottle of water, and $12 for a beer. They advertised a full bar, but that wasn’t actually available. • Arcade Problems: The arcade room was disappointing, with about half of the machines out of order. Despite this, they still deducted points from our play card. • Tiny Party Room: The Dancing Party room was so small it was uncomfortable to be in. • Poor Service: The service was lackluster. Over our 4-day stay, we encountered maybe two employees who were friendly and helpful. The rest seemed uninterested, often responding with “I don’t know” and showing little concern for guests’ needs. Overall, while the convenience of staying at the resort and the included perks were nice, the experience didn’t live up to our expectations. The lack of amenities and poor service made it less enjoyable, especially considering the high costs.
