The quality of the superior room was far better than I expected and certainly worth the extra money. It was quite a walk to get from reception to room but at least it was quiet. The WiFi was ok for general use but the premium WiFi upgrade was needed for working. The restaurant menu was simple but the food was good. I'd certainly stay again and recommend the hotel.

This hotel is in a great location for a brief stopover while travelling. There is ample parking. The reception staff are very helpful. The room was very comfortable and the bedding was immaculate. Breakfast was very good. The bar closes at around 10 pm.

We had the most wonderful welcome from Brian who sorted out our rooms. We did the meal deal which was great and made our lives really easy. The rooms were clean and the bath was great. We appreciated the fluffy towels and hair and shower gel. We had a good sleep and awoken refreshed.

Very helpful staff to my grumpy dad and he is very grateful. Very clean rooms. Will definitely stay again. Big thanks to everyone for helping my dad book online so he saved money too. Happy Christmas to all the staff and happy new year THANK YOU.

Not a bad hotel to use however all facilities close early. The bar closed at 10:30pm which is too early and the restaurant also closed early. Mostly friendly staff. The hotel was clean and secure and we had a good sleep in our room. Parking was easy and finding the hotel was also easy as it was just off the motorway junction.

Beyond disappointed in my recent visit to the hotel. Arrived in the dark to find car park at front of hotel full. Parked at the rear of the hotel and asked the reception if this was their car park too. I was assured it was and was told to enter my registration into the machine. Guess what. I received a £60 parking charge from Premier Park who claimed I overstayed by 9 hours. I appealed to PP who upheld the charge. I approached Premier Inn to be told that THEIR car park was run by My Parking Space. I'm absolutely furious that I am not the only one to have this happen to them , as I have seen reviews to this effect. The guest relations nationally, the hotel manager and the receptionist just kept evading my question as to why do they not tell guests that the car park at the back of the hotel is privately run and is obviously making a fortune from mis informed guests. Last stay at a Premier Inn EVER.
