Facility: The food was not healthy at all. 90% of the beverages and dishes were full of sugars, fats, and oils. We requested vegan dishes from the beginning, of our 7-day stay. the request was only fulfilled on the last day of our departure. This inadequacy of the facility in providing vegan dishes was a very disappointing aspect of my stay, especially since we enjoyed the rest of the activities at the facility. I expect that in 2024, a 4-star facility should know the difference between vegan, vegetarian, and low-glycemic meals and, most importantly, provide such services. For now, I am limiting my feedback to this platform, also because I hope that, when and if we have the chance to return, these shortcomings will be addressed. Manager: I was very dissatisfied with the manager’s behavior because he did not handle the facility’s inadequacies efficiently or maturely, and his manner of addressing us as customers was unacceptable. Instead of taking responsibility for the staff’s ignorance regarding vegan meals, he blamed us. Moreover, he did not even apologize for his behavior. For now, I am limiting my feedback to this platform because I believe in giving second chances. I hope that if I have the opportunity to return to this facility, these shortcomings will be addressed, including the professionalism of the manager.
