We stayed at this hotel because of the restaurant, only one day, so we didn’t have high expectations but it was a perfect experience! Marie was extremely gentle and helpful welcoming us. Our room was in the ground floor near the reception, which I usually don’t like, but I have nothing to complain about because it’s not a busy hotel. The room was extremely clean and spacious. The bed and shower were very comfortable. I believe it was the accessible room (#2). There was a small patio where we had breakfast the following morning, which was outstanding! You can order exactly what you want to eat and the time using their app. Check in is at 4pm and checkout 12pm. Our room didn’t have a jacuzzi, and when I checked their website, it was the same price as what we paid for 1 stay (around 300 euros). I wish I had the option for an upgrade when we checked in.

The hotel is centered around an incredible dining experience. Both hotel and restaurant were the epitome of service and taste. Highly recommended to travelers who wish to see the Cite Medieval and to stay in a top quality hotel close enough to walk and far enough to be outside the scrum.

One of the best boutique hotels we have ever visited. Nice location, great staff, big room with balcony and great breakfast. The hotel has 7 rooms only but is well known for its 2 stars Michelin restaurant. If you ever visit Carcassonne this is the place for you.

Large and refined room with comfortable bed and indoor and outdoor seating areas. Tasty welcome snacks and refreshing tea and lavish breakfast options served in room or in the breakfast room. Delightful and welcoming staff. Wonderful location just under the Cite - a short walk down/up the Chemin des Anglais. And private parking!

Our annual celebration at the end of the summer: le grand menu at La Table de Franck Putelat, with an overnight in the exquisite hotel and a leisurely breakfast. I treated myself to an early-morning walk uphill to La Cité de Carcassonne and had this vast sprawling UNESCO Heritage Site almost to myself — magical. BTW the restaurant has a weekday lunch at a very reasonable price that will give you a glimpse of chef Putelat’s art. Indulge yourself.

Superb stay in fantastic hotel. Lovely touch with treats on arrival and snacks with turndown service. Staff extremely helpful throughout. Room was exceptional and great location of the hotel within an easy 10-15 minute walk of the old city.

I think the staff made it... everyone was really friendly and helpful. The rooms were lovely and we had everything we needed. The hotel is positioned outside the Bastide and the Cite - but both were easily accessible on foot. Breakfasts were plentiful with a variety of options. Would definitely recommend. We also ate at the 4 temps (brasserie by Franck Putelat) in the Bastide and had a wonderful meal.

Easy check in, and a fabulous room. Spacious, well appointed and well equipped. Great balcony with sun loungers as well as a table and chairs. Wooden clothes hangers, white bathrobes, and slippers. All boxes ticked.

Exceptionally clean and tranquil. Fabulous breakfast. Didn’t have a chance to try the restaurant as shut whilst we were there. Some extra nibbles brought to the room and an offer to change towels in the evening as required. Parking easy and secure Short walk up to the walled town Thankyou Thankyou to the team
