Just about Manduca restaurant...I liked!!! I had a filha and it was delicious.. The icecream desert was also ver good. The Black marvelous in a special spot. Natureza abundant. I hope to come back and stay at The hotel, because it looks really nice and peacefully. If you you come to north São Paulo seaview, do not miss it!!!

Beautiful Resort with a fabulous clean, clear water beach! Swim in the ocean...it's perfect temperature! The employees are friendly and helpful, even though most do not speak English, but after all, we were in Brazil :-) Food is plentiful. Coffee is good. The pool is quite nice with a bar attached. Get a first level room with a patio gazing onto the lawn, pool and beach if you can. There's even a Beach Tennis/Volleyball court available on the sand. Walk to the north to a little beach food/marina area and have an açai bowl at Chileno! There's a little shop too there. Basically you're a ways from the town Caraguatatuba, but the resort has enough for you! Also, a salon and a masseuse available. Friday night they had a beach bonfire with live singer/guitarist singing Brazilian numbers and American music too. Very good!

This hotel is a little outdated. Pros: location is beautiful; the staff is amazing and kind; drinks a sandwiches are very good; the pools are very nice (they have two, one of them heated). Cons: Rooms need an update; Air conditioners were dirty; the food buffet (breakfast and dinner) is average and it could be better for the price tag. No one during breakfast will ask you if you want something else (an omelette, cappuccino, etc) Coffee and beverages with milk only from a machine. Dinner is a little better than breakfast but still on the average side. I would not return or recommend it for now. Let’s wait a few years and give it a chance for improvement.

Very bad service it took me 1 hour to wait for a rosbife baguete without cheese than it came wrong with cheese and waited 1 more hour plus every time we waited at least 1 hour to get any appetitive, no Wi-Fi working, buffet just with one option of hot plate, menu very limited, some place around the pool without light, all the sofas at the beach area are ripped and very dirty, the beach towels are so dirty. We had a very big disappointment NO WORTH

localização pe na areia. comida boa tanto no café como no jantar, o estilo meia pensão facilita muito. Não precisa sair pra nada. A infraestrutura é muito boa, alguns pequenos reparados … só faltou água como cortesia e amenidades como shampoo e condicionador l

Em relação a outras vezes que já estive hospedada nesse mesmo hotel, a experiência dessa vez deixou a desejar. Wifi para quem precisa trabalhar ou se quiser assistir um vídeo no celular, não pega muito bem, só no quarto e olhe lá. A maior parte do tempo usei meu 5g. Ficamos na suíte que possui hidro do lado de fora do quarto, porém acho que deveria ser mais privativa já que faz parte exclusivamente desse quarto. Fica aberto e qualquer outro hospode pode entrar e passar por ali, que foi o que aconteceu cosnoco. A hidro é otima, fucnionou perfeitamente, e é espaçosa. As piscinas antigamente eram todas aquecidas e os hóspedes aproveitavam demais o hotel. Dessa vez apenas a piscina infantil (minuscula) estava aquecida e o tempo não estava calor, ou seja, não teve como usar a piscina adulta, que é linda e imensa, mas ficou vazia, pois ninguém entrou devido a temperatura. Escolhi passar 4 dias nesse hotel por conta da piscina aquecida e não usei porque a agua estava gelada, porém no anúncio do booking diz piscina aquecida. Deveriam especificar que é somente a piscina pequena aquecida agora. O hotel tem uma ótima infra-estrutura, a alimentação melhorou muito, todos os dias o café da manhã e jantar estavam ótimos e melhor do que das outras vezes que fui. Os funcionários são gentis e prestativos.

Es un hotel muy cómodo. Hermosas habitaciones, rica comida, personal muy atento. Es para disfrutar el día ahí, ya que tiene playa al mar privada, piletas de agua fria y climatizada y servicio de restaurante. Además, el lugar es muy seguro, se puede caminar por la playa y permanecer hasta la noche.

Já é a quinta vez que nos hospedamos neste hotel, e eu já fiquei em todas categorias de quartos e posso dizer que todos são muito bons. Hotel lindo, limpo e confortável e equipe muito prestativa. Comida boa, café da manhã maravilhoso. A única coisa que deixou a desejar nesta última vez, é que fui com bebê e me colocaram no andar com escadas e no último quarto, oq foi bem constrangedor e faltou tato. Fora isso não tenho nada a reclamar. Uma sugestão é para vocês investirem em um melhor playground Kids, visto que a maior parte dos hospedes levam crianças.
