The hotel is one of the best ones we ever stayed. Stylish, clean, centrally located. From the moment you step in you are handled with SILK GLOVES!!! Breakfast includes wide variety of cold and warm dishes, the service is trying to proactively come forward to offer you your opinion. Hotel to come back!!!

Wow! What can we say? From the moment we arrived Andrea and the front of house team were amazing. They made us feel so welcome and couldn’t do enough for us. We were greeted by a welcome drink on arrival and every member of staff that we spoke to was friendly and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. We visited Capri as part of a bigger Italian trip to celebrate my wife’s birthday and Andrea and the whole team really pulled out all the stops, to make sure she had the best time. A totally unforgettable experience. The hotel is lovely. Very clean, with spacious rooms and superb views. It’s within easy reach of lots of incredible restaurants and bars, the main shopping area and a few minutes walk from the Funicular. We will definitely visit again and if you’re considering a trip to Capri, I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. Thanks for a great experience.

I chose Floridiana because of its quiet location a short walk from the Piazzetta, view of the sea, and proximity to major natural sites along the south and east coasts of Capri. I was not disappointed, and the friendliness of the staff at every moment reconfirmed the wisdom of my choice. Escape the hustle and bustle of the Marina and Piazzetta areas of Capri and find yourself in a little paradise called Floridiana!

Being very picky and demanding travelers, we can firmly state that this hotel and staff are worthy of all praise. Upon arrival , they did everything to make our stay at the highest level. Welcome drinks, upgrades to all four rooms, attention and care. We are grateful to restaurant manager, (as I remember Antonio) for his special attention in every aspect and all the reception staff, they are all brilliant . As for the hotel, it is perfectly located, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, everything is high standard. We have celebrated our best friend birthday and it was incredible!! The stay at La Floridiana was simply amazing. This is one of the best hotels since our trips. We highly recommend this exceptional hotel to all travelers and hope we will be back soon!

From the moment we stepped in the property we were treated like royalty. We were welcomed by the staff, given a complimentary drink and snack, while a concierge acquainted us with the Island. We were given a room upgrade, with the most beautiful view of the sea! The Hotel is so wonderfully located among flowers and tropical trees. The room was spacious and the breakfast outstanding! Every staff we encountered was helpful, and kind. We will definitely be back! This was our favorite hotel out of the 5 cities we visited in Italy!

Hotel La Floridiana was by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in across Europe! The service of the staff was beyond amazing. Our hostess Giuliana was the best. She was helpful, friendly, and simply amazing. She gave us the best recommendations for visits, restaurants, activities, bars, and more. I would recommend you request Giuliana on your arrival as she was of great great help. The location of the hotel is right on the end of the street of all of the brands and shops. Prime Location! It is easy to get to it and leave to other parts of Capri. The view from the hotel was amazing; greenery and the sea. (Get the room with a sea view) The rooms were clean, authentic, and beautiful to stay in. It was very safe and well maintained. A big thank you to Giuliana and all the staff at La Floridiana for being the best!

The room feel spacious and very clean. The location is 5 minutes walk to the main shopping street. They are very accomodating and arrange the luggage transfer from the port and to the Taxi station at the town center. Definetely will stay in this hotel again if we come backbto Capri.

We loved our stay at La Foridiana! Breakfast was really good with lita of choices. The straff were so nice and gave us the best service and trea**ent! We were also lucky to get a room upgrade! The hotel is on the best side of the Island. 10/10 from us:)

Hotel La Floridiana was AMAZING!! Cannot say enough good things about the hotel itself and the staff. When we checked in, we met Claudia who was so pleasant and informative....after a long day of travel, she was able to provide us with an unexpected upgraded room. We still cannot get over how beautiful the room was, and are so appreciative that Claudia helped us with that! Hotel manager, Antonio, was also exceptional! He was incredibly personable and provided great service. We WILL return to this hotel when we travel to Capri in the future :)
