Bio-agriturismo il Vigno, best holiday ever! Where to start? Our hosts Adria and Mark are the most welcoming, hospitable and friendly people you can ever meet. What they have created at il Vigno is a credit to them. Accomodation: The rooms are spacious, clean and unique. Well equipped and very comfortable. The bedding is clean and fresh, the beds are comfortable and there is ample storage space. The bathrooms are well equipped, fresh towels and a hair dryer is provided, the water pressure is very good, nice and hot water! The kitchenette with a small fridge/freezer, coffee machine is handy and the heating in the room is effective if required. Food: Breakfast is both plentiful and delicious with a good selection of sweet and savoury choices available, accompanied by an endless pot of coffee, a perfect start to your day ! We had one evening meal at the accommodation and it was positively delicious made with locally sourced and home grown ingredients. Gaby really does know how to cook and is a real asset to Adria and Mark. They are very knowledgeable with regards to dietary requirements, as a diabetic I feel they went above and beyond !!!!!! The wi-fi signal is strong in most places, which makes this a good choice for both recreational and business purposes. There are no TV’s in the rooms, but who needs a TV when the views are breathtaking ! Il Vigno is a gem that is hidden away in the Tuscan countryside where peace, quiet and tranquility is in abundance. There are various walks through the forests for those that are adventurous. Hosts Adria and Mark are very helpful with providing the information / suggestions, about places to visit if needed ! This is a Beautiful and amazing place to spend time off and to relax. What else we can say: Enjoy your time, in the peace and tranquility that this little Italian gem has to offer. Fully recommend ! We will be back and we can’t wait already!!!!

A most welcoming and accommodating facility! A long, wooded approach track gives rise to delightful premises and hosts (Giulio and Aliche). A lovely, fresh room with en-suite, nice outdoor pool, stunning views(!), good indoor options -in case of rain. A distinct sense of relaxation about the whole experience: explore nearby villages/towns by car, take an exploratory walk through beautiful chestnut woodland, chill-out by the pool, etc, etc! This is a little gem: repeat bookings are inevitable!! See you again soon. Thank you for such a fabulous time guys! Axx

What an amazing setting. Giulio and Alicia are superb and friendly hosts . They provide delicious breakfasts ( Alicia’s scrambled eggs are especially good!) that can be taken sitting outside taking in the incredible views. Giulio helpfully gives advice on local walks thru chestnut forests and I thoroughly recommend morning swims in their pool watching sunrise . Beautifully restored property and comfortable rooms. They also make their own unique pottery that can be purchased. Incredibly peaceful setting that you will never want to leave and I can’t wait to return.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Il Vigno, malheureusement trop court ! Nous avons été conquis dès notre arrivée, quand nous nous sommes attablés pour le dîner dans la chaleureuse salle à manger, alors que dehors l’orage faisait rage. Marc et Adria sont adorables, c’était un plaisir de discuter avec eux autour du repas qui était varié, parfumé et copieux, avec des légumes de leur potager et du pain fait maison. Et le tiramisu ! Notre chambre sous les toits était un petit nid douillet dont on peine à sortir le matin, mais une fois dehors, après un délicieux petit déjeuner, quel plaisir de découvrir le paysage grandiose qui entoure Il Vigno ! Nous avons fait une balade dans les montagnes alentour sur les conseils éclairés de Marc. Grâce à la carte qu’il nous a dessinée lui-même, nous avons marché dans la forêt, croisant des cascades, jusqu’à un chêne millénaire. Le soir nous avons dîné à Caprese Michelangelo, le village voisin, réputé pour ses restaurants. Nous avons déjà hâte de revenir, en toute saison : l’automne et l’hiver pour profiter du réconfort qu’offre la maison, l’été pour apprécier la piscine et les dîners à la belle étoile - il y a même un four à pizza dans le jardin… merci Marc et Adria, et à bientôt !

L'agriturismo Bio Il Vigno è un luogo di pace nel verde, un posto adatto a chi ha voglia di staccare la mente e prendersi una pausa dagli stress della vita di città. I proprietari Giulio e Alice sono una coppia davvero simpatica e cordiale, molto disponibili e socievoli che rendono il soggiorno davvero migliore insieme al loro cagnolone Pedro, molto buono e coccoloso con tutti. Le camere sono molto belle, in uno stile rustico molto piacevole, inoltre la struttura è dotata di salotto e cucina comuni. La colazione è davvero buona, con dolci fatti in casa e cibi biologici, inoltre Alice è una cuoca davvero fantastica. Se amate la natura e il relax, magari con un trekking e poi un bagno rinfrescante in piscina e un aperitivo in compagnia...Il Vigno è il posto giusto per voi! Sicuramente torneremo a trovarli!

Sognavo un posto così, l arrivo passando per il bosco, gli edifici in pietra, l abbraccio delle colline , i grilli la sera, Pedro che chiamarlo cane è riduttivo e due padroni di casa che ti accolgono e ti fanno sentire parte della loro storia, che tu stia lì un'ora o una settimana. Bellissimo tutto....la sensazione di essere per un attimo in pace con il mondo. Complimenti Alice e Giulio, perché i vostri sacrifici donano, a chi ha la fortuna di passare di lì, la riscoperta delle gioie autentiche.
