Clean and and comfortable room, and good breakfast. Easy access to the V&A Waterfront without being so close as to be noisy. Would stay here again

Excelente hotel para ficar hospedado. A acomodação oferece tudo o que você precisa para ter uma estadia excelente em Cape Town. Os funcionários do Hotel são muito simpáticos e receptivos. Minha experiência foi nota 10. Beatrix e Zolani são pessoas fantásticas.

Great location and good value for money. Lovely staff who were friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds and great shower. Walk into V and A was 10 mins. Felt very safe. Lovely decor in the communal areas. Parking free near hotel if you manage to get on the road outside.

Love this hotel, been a few times now and will return again. The few faults I can find are easily outweighed by the amazing, happy, bubbly staff who are all more than willing to help you. Great location, fabby breakfast and a great atmosphere all round. Ask for Room 601 if you can, it's got a nice living area and it's the only one with a balcony! Disliked · I hate hate hate wired hairdryers in the bathroom for two reasons, if you are two people then you are taking up more time in the bathroom than is really necessary and most of all, if you are as tall as me trying to dry the back of your hair is really not easy! Annoying that for some reason they kept forgetting to leave us clean towels, no big problem though, we asked and we received.

My iPad was stolen from my room. I did a thorough check of my room prior to departure. I thought I had packed the ipad in my suitcase. Upon arrival at my next destination, I realized my ipad was missing. Within 2 hours of departure, I called a friend who was still at the hotel to ask housekeeping to check my room for the missing ipad. They did not find it. I called two times on two successive days. On the second call I told them i wanted to report a theft. They promised to call me back. That was the end of it. No apology. No explanation of the actions they took to find it.

Excellent reception and restaurant staff. Our room 412 had a small view of table mountain. Restaurant food, breakfast buffet and dinner were very plentiful. We had a Medical incident and the reception staff were right onto it, and had a doctor there within half an hour, big credits to them. We were upgraded on our second visit to 603 which had good views of the harbour area through very dirty windows which due to the shape of the building are difficult to clean. Neither room had a fridge but they both had good showers. Location wise it is a 15 minute walk to the V & A Waterfront which was really humming and you feel quite safe with plenty of private security patrolling the downtown area.

Stated this hotel is part of a holiday. Staff are very helpful. It's a great location accessible to the waterfront. Great security breakfast is great. The food was good. Overall. Always very impressed with this place would highly recommend.

We stayed at the Signature Lux, Waterfront from March 18 to the 20th. We would be glad to stay here again. The staff were friendly and professional. The room was clean and everything worked. WiFi internet access was excellent. It is a short walk on a pedestrian walkway to the V & A Waterfront. It is a short walk to the Robben Island Museum for our Robben Island tour. It is also a short walk to the cruise port. The breakfast was very nice. Food selection was different the two days we stayed. We had yogurt, espresso, nice breads, fresh fruit, cheese, and hot dishes. Very nice way to start the day. We drank some excellent South African wine and snacked on appetizers in the bar. Very nice way to wind down after a busy day. Would be glad to stay here again.

We stayed here for 3 nights and all was perfect. People were very friendly, rooms clean and breakfast plentiful (from a menu not buffet). The hotel is located in a very good position, close to Victoria & Alfred waterfront. There is a big parking near the hotel, gratis during weekends
