SunSquare Cape Town Gardens

The breakfast was great,rooms clean,location perfect,staff helpful.the linen always clean,not noisy.pool very clean and warm.i will definitely visit again ,very close to table mountain, camps bay and city centre, one can walk to the city.

Would definitely not recommend, whether you are going for business or pleasure. I'm here on business and boy I'm not glad it was pleasure because it would have made my stay terrible. Been trying to get hold of room service for a good 45 minutes. They are nowhere to be found and the reception claims to be working on getting them to call me back. Guess I'm going to bed hungry. The previous evening my colleague tried to order a meal and was never attended to. I honestly thought I'd overlook the musty carpets. But geez, they didn't make it easy for me. Rather do an air bnb good people.

An extremely unprofessional management. Very poor communication, poor processes, a "do not care" attitude. I went to Sunsquare Gardens on 26 Jan 24 with my friend. The cocktails and couple drinks we had were excellent from the bar side. We decided to book a room as we enjoyed the environment. Surprisingly we had to attend to a friend in emergency situation. And so we cancelled the room. Having not even set our feet inside the room. I paid with my debit card, refund was promised within 48 hours. It's been over 2 weeks now. No words from management, no updates whatsoever, I had to drive to the hotel to enquire, the staff looked perplexed and unsure of how such refunds can be processed. To date, I have not received my money at all...and no words from management!

Nice comfortable room with direct view of the Table Mountain; The pool sides were dirty and we were not keen at all to use the pool area due the lack of cleanliness; Overall service at the restaurant can be improved (a little smile from the team would be great)

Right from the check in to check out every moment spent in the property was heartwarming. The entire staff always greeted us with a smile and was courteous. as we were vegetarian, we had a special request for the breakfast the head chef ( I'm sorry don't recall her name ) may be Claire.. she was called and met us during our checkin. she noted every details and ensured we were served a different hot dish everyday in morning suiting our requirements. it was amazing. The over all breakfast spread was super i mean a lot of choices for non vegetarian specially and the quality of food used was super. we have never had such a wonderful experience earlier with any property. The property was upto the mark, clean and services prompt. We would rate this as a 5 Star property and nothing less. ample of parking space, a very safe locality, a mall just 2 blocks away made things easier. Wifi was excellent the room size is big enough. Highly recommended Indians and all tourists to book with them when in Capetown, they will exceed your expectations and make you feel delighted always. thanking the entire team once again and if we ever drop in Capetown, this will be the place we would lookforward to book again.

Lovely hotel to stay for exploring. Easy access to the surrounding area of Cape Town. The staff are lovely and nothing is too much bother. Great food. Nice relaxing garden with a lovely pool available. Would definately stay and recommend here again.
