My stay was perfect. The receptionist are very warm and respond to request promptly. The breakfast was amazing. I had one of the nicest pancakes there. There was a free shuttle that commuted between the hotel and VA Waterfront. Met Maleek who dropped us off at the airport as well; very kind man. I will recommend this hotel to anyone considering a vacation in CPT. 10/10

For those who want to do shopping or walking around, this hotel may not be the best option. But good to business travelers. There is a small store inside the hotel compound, very easy access to the airport (15 minutes Uber/taxi).

Great Hotel, location is fine but nothing happening after 5pm there and will need a cab to go elsewhere.

We have a nice stay in the hotel. Minimalist and spacious. We can see the sunrise from our window every morning. Staff are friendly and helpful. The only problem we have during our stay is the water pooled under the sink after taking a shower that stretched to the toilet closet. Apart from it all is well. Affordable food but great choices. Free shuttle from hotel to Waterfront and back. Coffee shops and other small shops are nearby. And a portion of the famous Table mountain is just right above us.

The hotel staff were amazing. The rooms are a bit small and the surrounding area is a bit dingy. But the hotel is nice and everything was quite clean.
