Rent a boat & have it delivered to the house to leave there & head directly to Sanibel or Captiva. Manatees & dolphins are often seen right from pool! New kitchen appliances and washer & dryer. This vacation home has a great location in the desirable SE Cape Coral, close to downtown and all the amazing restaurants. Also just a few miles from the Westin & Cape Harbor waterfront restaurants & Yacht Club beach. The kitchen is fully stocked to make your home cooked meals. Enjoy the coffee bar with your coffee by the pool watching the sun rise. Pool area with outdoor kitchen, bar, 65 inch TV, fire pit. This was our 2nd year staying here. We loved it so much we had to come back, and even stay more nights than last year. This house is just beautiful, and the outside area is fantastic. The pool is the best, it is very clean and nice and warm. The outside area has a tv, ceiling fans, a lot of seating, and the kitchen area outside is excellent. The inside of the house has everything you could need. Every room was decorated beautifully, and everything was very clean. The master bedroom mattress is like sleeping on a cloud. There were many board/card games that were put to good use. We enjoyed that the house is in a quiet neighborhood.We would highly recommend this house and we hope to return and stay again.

Book this place! It's AMAZING. The amount of things to do here alone at the house is insane. Rose has it all covered. It's like being at home and not having to worry about a thing! Stocked beyond expectation inside to out. We were a group from 50-5yrs old and everyone had a blast. What a beautiful place. Rose you have a gem here! Thank you for having us this week. Even with the rain we had we still had plenty to do. We will be back. Loved cooking in the kitchen and the back new grill area. Beds were soooo comfy and that couch was a family fav to hang out on. I cannot say enough about this house. And the topping was the pool area. Definitely the best we have ever stayed at!

Fun in Florida I was impressed with the cleanliness, having everything we needed there and the perfect amount of space and things we were looking for our group of 5. The listing perfectly described and pictured all the spaces and amenities. Thanks for a great stay!

From check-in to check-out, this house was a dream. Stocked to the hilt with anything you could possibly need, it was just a super comfortable place to stay. The pool was great as well!

Great spot with plenty of entertainment Pool and hot tub were perfect for adults/kids. Thoroughly enjoyed the tv and grill outside for evening meals.

Family vacation The house was absolutely wonderful. Our son never left the pool area. Everything you need is right here. We were amazed by how clean and well stocked everything was. We really enjoyed the beach supplies and bikes. Thank you for your great hospitality, we will definitely be back.

Excellent vacation! This place is a gem! Clean, well stocked with anything you could need while staying here. The pool was nice and loved the lights on it at night. Enjoyed the spa. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. Nice neighborhood. Enjoyed the bikes. Would highly recommend this home!! thanks Rose!!

2025 Family Florida vacation Had an excellent stay with our family! The home was very welcoming and clean! We loved the pool, lanai with outdoor kitchen with an outdoor TV. The indoor kitchen was great too! Appliances were new and clean. Outside kitchen was clean. It's great to rent a place that's taken care of and ready to use! Thank you so much for allowing out family to enjoy our annual vacation together in Florida!
