Harriet House Bed & Breakfast is a 10-minute walk along the River Stor from the very heart of beautiful, historic Canterbury. This well-established 4-star bed and breakfast offers charming rooms with attached bathroom and free parking.
Comfortable and well furnished, all rooms have en suite shower rooms, flat-screen TVs, mini-fridges and tea/coffee.
The Harriet House Bed and Breakfast is just 2133 feet from Canterbury West Railway Station and less than a mile from the shops, restaurants and museums of Canterbury's city center, as well as the historic Canterbury Cathedral.
A full traditional English breakfast is freshly cooked and served to order in the sunny breakfast room and conservatory. Breakfast includes meat from an award-winning local butcher, free-range farm eggs, waffles and pancakes. Breakfast is served from 08:00 until 09:00.
Lighter buffet options are also available and vegans, vegetarians and those with special dietary needs can be accommodated by prior request.
All guests are given their own keys and are free to come and go as they please. There is a private car park at the rear of the property, with free parking for guests.

就是一個家庭旅館，比較整潔，離市中心有點遠，步行到火車站、大教堂都是15分鐘左右，當然整個坎特伯雷就不大。早餐需要預訂時間、種類，因為熱食需要現做，房東丈夫兼廚師、妻子兼服務員，服務還算中規中矩。

We loved staying here. Heidi and Paul were so welcoming and provided spotless accommodation. Our room had everything we needed and with every minute detail thought out. Harriet House was close to the city centre. Our cooked breakast was superb. We would definitely stay again.

Staying with Paul and Heidi was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, their hospitality was outstanding. The accommodations were truly top-notch—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. And let's talk about breakfast! Paul’s poached eggs were seriously the best I've ever had; perfectly cooked and utterly delicious. The location is ideal too, with just a short, easy walk to the high street where you can find plenty of shops and restaurants. I can't recommend staying here enough if you're looking for a welcoming and convenient place to stay!

Heidi and Paul are lovely hosts. The bedroom was spotlessly clean. We stayed in the Superior Peacock bedroom which was beautifully designed. Facilities were very good with lots of tea and coffee supplies and fridge in room a nice touch. Bed was comfy and we slept well. Ample breakfast was supplied.

Lovely place to stay within 15 minutes walk of the city. Paul & Heidi are great hosts and have thought of everything from helpful labels in the room and a great information pack to sleep masks /ear plugs and USB points for charging. The room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfasts were delicious and plentiful. If we come back this way in the future, we'd definitely stay here again.

Such a delightful place to stay. We travel a lot and this has got to be one of the best B&Bs we've ever stayed in over many years. Attention to detail was superb and our hosts, Heidi and Paul, could not have been kinder. The location was perfect; even us old folk managed the walk along the river into the City centre to see the sights! Terrific value for money as well.

The guest house is bright, clean and the rooms are excellent. The location is great with free secure parking. Heidi and Paul are perfect hosts. Breakfast is superb. By far the best guest house we have stayed in. We would not stay anywhere else in Canterbury. We cannot recommend it highly enough.

2 nights stay. The B&B is well situated, close to the town center on foot and has a private car park. Delicious cooked breakfast with a lot of choices. We have really enjoyed our stay. Hightly recommended. Thank you Heidi & Paul for your warmth welcome.

Heidi & Paul made sure every moment was an enjoyable experience with their keeness for perfection and vast local knowledge!! Lovely walk along the river to town past the local beaver population and all in 10 mins. Thank you Heidi & Paul for a great stay!
