This 2,800 sqft property consists of 3 oversized bedrooms and 3 baths, making it ideal for families, couples trips, remote/nomadic workers. This hub in Cañon City is the ideal place for those looking for something walkable to everything—Main Street, Veteran's Park, the Royal Gorge Express For summer travelers who care: The house runs on a swamp cooler and window A/C system. We have fans and with windows opened in afternoon/evening the temperature is managed just fine. Swamp coolers are the common standard for energy efficiency/effectiveness of a cooling system in such a deserty area.
