We spent a holiday in a hotel and we were surprised by an excellent staff and services. The all-inclusive restaurant was amazing, food was very good and delicious. The beach was also very nice and I can recommend this hotel before the peak of the season (before 15 July).

Very nice, large all-inclusive resort. Did not experience any of the problems noted by some travelers. Stayed in the newly refurbished marina tower. Very clean and modern room. We drank bottled water with no problems for us or our group. Buffet breakfast and dinner. Selection of meats for dinner, including fish and sometimes lamb. The choices change every night. Alcohol extra. Nice private beach (sand and rounded stones) with free umbrellas and chairs. No motorized activities. Several very nice pools. Family friendly. Can walk to a nearby village for a change to a more "rustic" atmosphere and beach food and drink.

Everything was great. I hooe that I will come back next year. Special thanks to chiief of reception who helped us a lot with our small issues we had. I write this review beacuse people really deserve to fins out that this resort has a lot to offer and that theh should come amd see it...

-dirty rooms with filthy mattresses -overcrowded with daily passes not good managed resort at all. - Same food everyday - No AC in any of the restaurants or GYM area - small AC in the room that only cools of half of the room - No LIFEGUARDS anywhere to be seen. - no service of any kind anywhere near the beach area - no scheduled activities for the kids. - when complained were made they text you on Viber and when you go to speak to them “Manager is sick and out for a day” was their answer. -STAYAWAY many other better places in the area for your money.

The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. The cleaning lady only changed the towels and didn't clean the room fully. The gym is horrible! Not only is there little to no equipment, but it is unbearably hot, without any air conditioning. In fact a bunch of areas in the hotel need to be properly cooled. It was very hot in the restaurant and the late night bar.

7 sleepless nights thanks to a late night live music venue nearby, playing at an ear defending volume every night. Complaining pointless. Hygienic conditions leave a lot of room for improvement. Particularly the beach sand felt like a mixture of 40% Zigarette Filters, 10% plastic coffee stirrers and 50% actual sand. Quality of the food very sad. Mostly carbohydrates, dry meat dishes, very monotonous, with little variety. On the positive: The staff were friendly though. Canj coast is beautiful, the sea water super nice.

We spent a whole week here July/August 2024. It is an excellent resort for families. We spent the first 4 days without feeling the need to leave the resort. Staff were very polite, friendly and always eager to help, from the reservation through to the end of our stay. We stayed in one of the villas, quite comfortable, with veranda. A lounge would have been good but with all inclusive arrangement, there is rarely any need to eat inside the room. Rooms were cleaned everyday with toiletries and fresh towels supplied daily. Food was varied and nice and we enjoyed all the meals. Perharps more fish options would have been great but I enjoyed the few days with fishes. Note that we missed lunch most days due to having heavy and late breakfast😅, so there may have been fishes in the lunches we missed. Not sure where they get the watermelons from but they were huge and refreshing! There are 4 swimming pools and we enjoyed our early morning swim in the spa pool which is the longest and best for exercise. The kids then played in the water park afterwards. There are quite a few things to do on the beach, and the kids had plenty of fun on the pedal boats and jet ski. The locals were quite friendly too, I ran early in the morning most days and didn’t encounter any problems.

Last day they left us without lunch. Our transfer was 15.00. Never seen such a thing before. Terrible atmospher and food. Rude and mannesless staff. All the places near hotel were dirty and rooms as well, cleaning lady only changed the towels. Do not recommend at all!

If your check out is 10.00 then you can be sure that you need to leave the hotel territory directly after that. Even if your transfer is at the evening. They are going to check the pool area and whole hotel territory that you can't be there. Personel checking it and telling you to leave. No excuses, their sercives are over. That's how they are going to tell it - "services are over, please leave!" Terrible experience! Aqvapark not working, pools icecold, no ventilation at the rooms, very poor cleaning, rude staff, not correctly working windows, only little towels.
