We stayed in an apartment for four nights as a stopover travelling home from southern Spain. Hotel was lovely and clean, staff were very pleasant and helpful, the apartment was small but perfect for the three of us. The problem was we faced the campsite across the road at the rear and the noise from the appalling entertainment was so loud until midnight. Didn’t bother us too much apart from the last night we stayed in to eat on our balcony and could hardly hear each other speak. How this kind of noise pollution is allowed is beyond me! Ask for a front facing room or apartment!

Incredibly rude staff. So disappointed. Following miserable service wrote to the hotel and never even got a reply. Unbelieveable! The spa facilities were out of order. The staff couldn't have cared less. I certainly won't be recommending to friends or family.

We stayed in the residents apartments not in the hotel. The apartment had an amazing view, was very spacious and clean. The hotel staff were very helpful and kind. The location is superb .. neat enough to the cafes and bars but not on top of them.

SITUATION DE L HOTEL EXCEPTIONNELLE. BELLES CHAMBRES AVEC VUE SUR MER (coin WC peu pratique et cadre poussiéreux). THALASSO de bon niveau. Très bon restaurant. Tout le personnel (resto, chambres, thalasso, accueil....) est très agréable et à l'écoute, avec une mention à particulière au barman, au maitre d'hôtel et au pâtissier qui nous a régalé tous les jours.

Hi, beautiful position big rooms. We asked to change room as toilet was in separate cubical and it was so small and awkward you couldn’t sit properly. We were staying for 7 nights. Reception said hotel was completely full so couldn’t change. This was completely incorrect as we saw several guests checking in and out over the week! Good in restaurant was perfect. However they were short staffed every night and service was chaotic. French Maitre de was incredibly unhelpful and ignored us most evenings , we thought it was because everyone else was French and did we hear us being called ‘Les anglais!’ We are in the restaurant 5 nights. On leaving and paying our bill there was no ‘thank you’ or hope you enjoyed your stay, or any acknowledgment at all! Very very poor service. Rosamund Levinson

Absolutely brilliant hotel Great staff especially the bar man Great facilities spa was fantastic as was the gym. Great pool and so so close to a great beach Food was great, good room service and a great breakfast We were going to travel out each day but there was no need as we had everything we needed

A perfectly situated hotel, next to the beach. The hotel has a nice pool with enough sunbeds. Friendly personnel, we had a large well equipped room with excellent pillows. The matrass needs to be replaced however. Good breakfast, lost of choice. For dinner the menu is a little limited. But there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

Nous choisissons cet endroit chaque année depuis 18 ans et en sommes totalement ravis,Le personnel de l’Hotel est au niveau et sympathique, mis à part peut être une jeune personne qui nous a accueillie et qui ne semblait pas connaître grand chose. Pour le reste sublime, nous avons passé 15 jours ensoleillés à profiter de la piscine et de la mer. Les soins prodigués sont toujours parfaits, aussi bien en accueil qu en professionnalisme. Rachel la coiffeuse de l’hôtel à coiffée mon épouse qui a été ravie. Attendons l’année prochaine avec impatiente.

Un repas offert par nos filles, apéritif et entrée super,le plat choisi après 20mn d'attente linguini au épinards et filet de bar n'était que des linguini au beurre, car une erreur en cuisine,et après nous avoir proposé une patate bouillie
