We had a most enjoyable time at this hotel. The staff would do anything for you and always with a smile. If they saw you out ***** the road they would wave and greet you as they did in the hotel. The hotel owner came round every morning and stopped to chat to each guest and ensured everyone had more than enough breakfast. The food was excellent. We had dinner here and the chef made us a fantastic meal. Air conditioning throughout hotel. The hotel and gardens are spotless and the staff are constantly cleaning and working to keep it that way. A massive thumbs up from us! We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

Visited in Feb 25, absolutely super hotel, which is made to feel very much at home. All the staff are so polite and helpful, no wonder the owner calls them his “Angels”. All the rooms (suites) are very large and very well appointed. The food is superb, the Chef Nitin makes incredible tasty meals that can be adjusted to your tastes. There are 3 pools which again are all immaculate in beautiful gardens. We cannot rate this seashells suites high enough. Suffice to say very highly recommended

Seashell suits and villas clicks all the checkboxes you want to have for a blissful stay. Great location/ refreshing landscape and ambience/good facilities/delicious food with an elaborate menu/Cordial and smiling staff/Quick and Timely service!

We had such a wonderful time at this home from home . It began with a great check-in experience, seated in the beautiful lobby with a welcome drink. We were quickly shown to our immaculate and spacious suite. The reception team is amazing . We knew immediately we had picked the right place. Reception helped us with everything . Our room was maintained to high standards of cleanliness and comfort for the whole 2 weeks by Panchanam, and we are really grateful to him. Great air conditioning, comfortable beds, powerful shower, and fridge. Chef Nitin, all the chefs and the restaurant team were amazing. From breakfast to dinner, everything is so well cooked and served. Excellent recommendations and help with the unfamiliar dishes gave us the opportunity to try so many new things.The attention to detail was awesome. Thanks to Sandesh , we are really grateful. Dinner in the sky bar was amazing. The gym is air conditioned and has everything you need for cardio and free weights. The grounds and pools are immaculate, there are plenty of beds and towels, and the service and food at the pool bar were perfect. The wonderful owners and management are visible daily. They constantly check on your comfort and the quality of your stay. I can only imagine the levels of work, planning, and training that go into providing such consistently high standards. We are already planning a return.

Our third visit since December 2023 and it just gets better each time. We love it here and would recommend staying without a doubt. The rooms are spacious and clean. Although the hotel is on a busy main road, once you enter the grounds you are not aware of the hustle and bustle of Candolim - the hotel and grounds are calm and serene. ALL staff are courteous and friendly, a credit to them and management. Sea Shell Suites is my happy place and we will return. Thank you to everyone especially Mario…..miss you all but than k you for everything. Jean x

This was our second stay after a year at Seashells and there’s a reason someone returns to a place, because the first experience itself was so great we wanted that a second time and believe me the stay, the rooms, the staff and the service is absolutely comparable to some of the best 5 star hotels operating today. The owners greets their guests everyday at breakfast and the staff is just so happy always that their happiness will get to you in a good way. We had a lovely stay both times and I can’t wait to return again for a vacation sooner.

An amazing stay! The room was large and spacious. The service was fantastic! Food was incredible chef was brilliant, he looked after us so well and made it such a special experience. All the staff were fantastic especially Uttam! Fantastic

Outstanding outstanding outstanding absolutely amazing Hotel amazing staff , nothing was to much trouble for anyone from the cleaners to the boss. The owner and his sons would come into breakfast everyday to ask how we were and sometimes sit with us alway feeding us. An amazing home from home. Myself and my husband had to use the gym to burn our breakfast calories lol We will definitely be returning. Thank you all You are all Angels.

Just got home from the best holiday and had had to write a review to say just how amazing this hotel is! I can honestly say it’s one of the best hotels I have stayed in! The whole vibe of the hotel excudes the personal touch and as the general manager maintained this was our home away from home - the service was 5* and the staff all were smiling and happy and they couldn’t do enough for you. The hotel gardens and pools had a very tranquil vibe and everywhere was spotlessly clean. The location was perfect and about a 5 min walk to the beach, the rooms were lovely and the bed was so comfortable! Special mentions to Manmath the guy who cleaned our room, he left us some lovely swans and a crocodile made out of the towels which did make us smile. Also at breakfast Sandesh remembered our cappuccino and coffee order every morning and encouraged us to try different breakfasts - I had a dosa for the first time which was fab and there was lots of choice for breakfast too. It was so lovely of Shelley the GM to greet every guest every morning at breakfast to see if we were happy etc and he organised a chocolate cake to be left in our fridge which was so sweet!! We will definitely be returning to this hotel next year - we are all missing our stay there already! Big thank you to the whole team for making our stay so special and memorable :-)
