Via Toro Highland Beach Resort with Pool - 500M from Candolim Beach

I recently stayed at FabHotel Prime Toro Highland Beach Resort, and unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations. The room I was provided with was in a terrible state—there was visible dust, mold, and stained bedding, which made the environment highly uncomfortable. It was clear that basic cleanliness and maintenance were neglected. To make matters worse, the toilet flush wasn’t working, and despite multiple complaints to the front office, no resolution was provided during my stay. I even had to check out two days early because of the conditions, but I was still charged for the full 4-day stay. In addition to the discomfort, I developed skin concerns due to the poor air quality and unsanitary conditions in the room. For a hotel run by FabHotels, I had much higher expectations, and this was a thoroughly unpleasant experience. I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel unless significant improvements are made in terms of cleanliness and customer service. My stay was uncomfortable, and I would not recommend this property to anyone seeking a relaxing and hygienic stay.
