The only complaint i would have is the hotel was very difficult to find in the middle of the night because there was no signage out side. our flight was delayed and we didn’t arrive until after midnite after driving around in circles for quite a bit. The night attendant was very attentive and helped carry our bags. The next morning the daytime staff was equally supportive and made us some really delicious food and packed it up to go as we were running a little late. Tessa was so helpful and kind. The hotel itself was beautiful and we are just sorry we arrived late and had to leave early. We will definitely stay there next time we are visiting Cancun!

What a wonderful hotel, completely different to most places you will find in Cancun. It is brilliant as a stop over, in between place. We stayed for two nights inbetween flying in from the UK and then flying on to Oaxaca. There were two pools which were great for my 3.5 year old. The food and service was great. Do note that they don't serve food between 12-6pm and you are quite far from anywhere.

This property is absolutely beautiful. The photos do not do it justice. The staff are super helpful and friendly. The atmosphere is laid back and relaxed. The on-site bar/restaurant is everything you need if you're just popping in for a quick night stay at the beginning or end of your trip. The owner greeted us when we arrived, helped with our baggage, was attentive and available throughout our stay, and went WAY out of his way to help us solve a problem with our ground transportation. Could not say enough good things about our experience here. We will absolutely be coming back.

Très joli petit hôtel proche de l aéroport.. personnel jeune très accueillant,agréable et sympathique.. font tout pour vous rendre service!! Rapport qualité /prix nickel! Avons testé 2 chambres, celle du bas un peu petite pour 2, mais celle à l etage etait parfaite avec un petit balcon🤩 Piscine et jaccuzzi 👏

Adresse sympa juste avant le départ, Le personnel est agréable et prêt à vous aider, les chambre sont propres. Le côté piscine et jacuzzi proposé permet de se détendre après une journée bien remplie. Nous n’avons pas regretté notre choix de choisir cet hôtel.

Merveilleux moment. Nous avons atterri de France à 19h45 et souhaitions nous poser avant de partir pour notre road trip. C’est hôtel est magnifique d’une propreté irréprochable ! Le matin avant de repartir nous avons profité de la piscine et du jaccuzi. Chambre pour 5 parfaite. Personnel adorable. Restaurant délicieux. Bref un petit coin de paradis.
