We have been to the GR Solaris Cancun All Inclusive 3 times in the past all excellent this visit the same excellent.

The location is good, supermarket and many restaurants are nearby, they also have a 24 hrs coffer shop, which is good for us to have a simple breakfast before we hang out in the early morning. However, we have to bring our big suitcase to level 3 by staircase and the cleanness needs to improve.

We liked this hotel, ocean view and entertainments. Friendly staff.

房間有些陳舊，長者不適宜，上上下下太多

這家真的不要來，我在北美洲住過最差、性價比最低的酒店，沒有之一。 設施：首先設施非常舊，有些樓梯門把手都掉了，沙灘區也基本一片混亂，清理垃圾不及時 服務：入住時塞給了前台20刀小費，他不但沒給我升級房間和任何優惠，反而給錯了房間，給我了一間已經被別人入住的房間，我刷卡進去看到房間裏的一家人還有正在洗澡的女主人真的很尷尬，再去找前台的時候他絲毫不感到抱歉，反而説是我看錯了房間號（其實就是他給錯了，我都拍照片留作記錄了）門卡很容易失靈，去找前台一臉不耐煩。後來退房的時候換了個女前台，結果要額外收費，變相索要小費，要我6刀（不知道為什麼），我給了10刀後説找不開了衹能給找給我3刀。真的態度惡劣耍小聰明騙人。 衞生：差差差差差 環境：沙灘像是沒人維護，全都是海草，在淺水處散步腿被海草刮的難受，人特別多，臟亂差，電梯特別慢特別擠，我基本就沒擠上過電梯，全靠走。 食物也非常的差，説是全包，但是如果你沒有預約也衹能去一個餐廳吃飯，這個餐廳的飯甚至不如我在美國的學校的食堂，種類單一併且難吃，我後來給了服務員20刀小費進了一個需要預約的餐廳，除了冰可樂好喝以外沒有任何優點。雞尾酒是直接用那種食用色素瓶子和酒精調的，巨難喝，有股那種特別劣質的味道，千萬別喝，外邊幾塊錢買瓶啤酒都比這好喝。 這個酒店沒有任何優點並且非常臟亂差且坑人，一定不要住，可以去住萬豪、凱悦，但是千萬不要住這家酒店以及這家酒店集團旗下在坎昆的其他兩家！

整體性價比算是挺高的 晚上預訂的酒店包含餐廳其中的西餐餐廳很好吃 食材很不錯 要提前一天還是兩天來着預約 喜歡海邊拍照的在這個酒店的沙灘拍很出片 這邊的海都是藍綠色找出來很清澈 選房間建議選沒有跟隔壁房串通門的，不然會很超，都是放音樂開party的印度人或美國人😂 酒店有免費劃canoe或帆船的項目，可以步行過去也可以搭酒店免費接送車

很不錯的酒店，吃住玩兒全包。食品飲料非常齊全，想吃什麼想喝什麼基本都可以得到滿足。服務人員也比較精心，滿足客户的需求。

這個酒店的客房服務不錯，但是伙食略為遜色。地理位置是處在hotel zone,交通方便，有 bus 循環服務，$1/each ride

值得推薦，性價比高

Nice and accommodating, I actually was able to walk into the restaurant that were normally reservation required which was a pleasant surprise. Some mishaps that occurred though was that access to the hotel room had issues on our third day because the key battery ran out, so it took us awhile to fix and get access to our room. And our phone wasn't working, but overall a great experience!

We loved our stay: every single person on staff was committed to customer service and very friendly. The food was great: so many options, you won't go hungry. In addition to the restaurants for meal time, they also have a snack bar, pizza bar, deli, and room service. The pools are great and the access to the ocean is perfect. Would return!

Food was amazing service out of this world especially Castillo Leonardo made us feel like we where family great service thank you Castillo Leonard again hope to see you soon

We really enjoyed our stay at GR Solaris. The staff was great and room was clean and recently renovated. We had a late flight and despite having checked out the staff offered us the chance to access every facility until we got picked up for airport, including beach, pools, food and drink.
