Laguna Suites All Inclusive

Edwin has been there assisting me in every need that I requested. I am also wheelchair-bound and he has made this stay very pleasant. Sergio was very helpful at breakfast time with everything I requested.

The staff are warm, friendly and they are very helpful. They are very hardworking, and they are always ready to offer help when you ask. I am truly grateful for our week stay here.

We have a wonderful experience in Laguna suite, people are so friendly and the service are excellent, Food was amazing and the kids really emjoy the swimming pool. We will definitely recommend this amazing place. The Bar tender really makes good cocktail's drink.

This is our first time here in Mexico.We really enjoyed the food, the ambiance and all.. The staff are really friendly and approachable. The place is clean and peaceful. Overall experience is 10 out of 10.. Thank you Laguna Suites for a wonderful experience.❤️

This resort is quiet and peaceful with soft music playing at the pool, attentive staff, and the swim up bar is well managed by Edwin and his helpers Sergio, Lupe, and chef Pacheco does excellent Fajitas!

Keep away from this hotel. I cannot understand how they have good reviews? They must be fake. Offered fairway view ( does not exist) but got view of car park and noise of 4 generators right outside window. Tried to use shower twice. First time ( without touching control It was either scorching hot or cold) Second time Of using just cold water! The room smelled and was damp. It was also very cold and there was no way to control the air conditioning temperature. My clothes in left wardrobe were literally wet! Room smelled of damp. Poor lighting in bathroom Area. Unhelpful Manager, when I complained he said go to Interval ( not sure how that can help but will try!
