The pools were amazing; clean, always chairs available, good temperature. The views of the sea from the pool were to die for! We appreciated the options to have a pool located in an area away from the main pools so it was quieter. We appreciated the variety of foods and the dining areas were always clean.

The staff at front desk were not accommodating. We were not refunded
Paid for 5 nights only stayed 1 night had to find another hotel for my family.

We stayed five nights. Everything was excellent. Staff, food service, entertainment. Hotel is clean. If you American there is hamburgers and fries for you. If you Italian there is pasta etc. I am European leaving in NY there was food for me😀. Never choose hotel based on bad reviews. I saw some not good and still took a chance. Thank you ALL staff for your excellent service. Will come back.

We've stayed at the RIU Cancun for many years and like everything about this resort. The staff and bartenders always welcome us back.

This property was the only one that was touted as being family friendly, but that wasn't really the case. They don't let you take any food upstairs nor do they offer any room service. Maybe I've been a little spoiled with my other trips to Cancun with my family, where I could get food at any time we wanted it.
The beach front is nice, but pretty small. They have a nice restaurant but it's almost impossible to get a table if you don't wait on line for an hour. Otherwise, you have to choose from their main buffett kitchen.

The resort would’ve been exceptional had there been better upgrades to the rooms and the food/drinks better quality. The food was terrible and that is putting it nicely. We had to eat off the resort after breakfast to eat. After the second night we could not take another day eating from the resort’s buffet. The drinks were hand and hand with the food. It was not desirable. The staff was friendly absolutely no compliant there. I want to give 5 stars off the friendliness but friendliness cannot feed me or make me like the drinks. The rooms can use some updating as well.

Super clean with a high-end shopping mall look. All inclusive means ALL inclusive (except the spa of course). All restaurants are included - first come, first served. Sports bar open 24/7 has light, help yourself food all night (chicken wraps, veggie wraps, hot dogs). Nightclub goes until 2 AM (Soundproof as I couldn't hear the loud music from my room 2 floors directly over the club.) The buffet has a HUGE selection of A food. The largest selection I have ever seen of vegetables done many ways available each night. Walk to the college mega nightclubs and bars. Bus stop in front takes you to all the high-end shops and restaurants in the hotel zone as well as the cheap, rustic locales downtown for $1 each way.

room refresh needed they are outdated and old. The bathrooms are clean but falling apart. Safe did not work had to call maintenance ( No biggie) TV defiantly needs upgrade and r better service company. All around a great place to stay. Beach area great and multiple pools.

The spa was always cold as everything else was good. Staff was always very friendly. The Mexico travel solutions staff onsite put us on a wrong tour that we didn't want to take. We just made the best of it Otherwise, the staff was great....good luck.to everyone.
