Our T3 of 57 m2 renovated (May 2019) is classified 3 stars, it is located on the first floor of a small co-ownership of four units. Very bright, it includes: - a living room with: a large three-seater sofa, a two-seater sofa, a TV, a DVD player, a stereo, - a kitchen open to living room: a large table with 6 chairs, oven, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker nespresso, coffee filter, kettle, toaster. - a shower room with a large shower - a separate toilet - a washing machine - a bedroom: a double bed and a large sliding closet - a second bedroom: a trundle bed (which allows to have a bed for two people or an extra bed), a single bed and a large sliding closet. The bedding of our rooms is new. We provide a free high chair, a folding child's bed. Our apartment also has a garage available. Pets not allowed and non smoking apartment. Possibility to rent the bed linen: 10 € per single bed and 15 € for the double bed. Cleaning option: 50 €.
