I travelled with my 13 year old daughter and although we didn't expect anything luxury we felt dissapointed with the pool area. You have to go up al load of steps from the pool to the bar/snackbar which became annoying after a few days.The pool area has zero atmosphere, no music and so quiet all the time it was very boring. The pool itself is small and uninviting. The rooms are fine, modern feel and we paid for the superior ones with a sea view which was nice. We did have to report the shower head which was being held together by duct tape!!! However they did replace this quickly. The food lets the hotel down, its really bad and we have stayed in several all inclusive hotels in Majorca this has to be the worst. One day they had a ceasar salad made with the night before's chicken nuggets!! Everything is cold and we lived off chips and salad. We went out for some meals as just couldn't face the food twice a day for lunch and dinner as its the same. The cocktails are from a machine and not very strong. I'd say the only good thing really is how close you are to the beautiful beach, entertainment was bingo or a singer, very low key. As English we felt stared at all the time, the hotel deffo caters for German visitors. We'll return to Can Picafort, sadly not to this hotel.

The staff were professional, courteous, and always ready to assist with any requests. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and comfortable, contributing to a relaxing experience throughout our stay. We were particularly impressed by the attention to detail and the efficient organization of services. Everything met or exceeded our expectations, and we would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others.
